Important update regarding the ongoing work at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. While the original project completion date was scheduled for April 2025, recent updates from the HOA and project managers indicate some delays that may extend the timeline.
As of February 2025, the following key updates apply:
Ongoing Construction: Work is continuing on various parts of the property, which may cause noise, temporary disruptions, or restricted access to certain areas.
Updated Completion Date: While the HOA and contractors are working diligently to complete the project as quickly as possible, they now anticipate that the construction may extend beyond early June 2025. We will provide further updates as the project progresses.
Safety and Accessibility: The HOA asks all rental guests to take care around construction zones. Signs and barriers will be in place to ensure safety, but please remain cautious when navigating these areas.
Pool Schedule: The west-end pool is scheduled to open on April 1, 2025, and the east-end pool is scheduled to open in July 2025.
Parking: Due to ongoing construction, parking is expected to be extremely limited. The HOA will be distributing a maximum of two parking passes per villa.

The living room is comfortably furnished with beautiful, modern decor and includes a flat-screen TV. Large windows and sliding glass doors lead to the expansive oceanfront balcony, perfect for taking in the views. The open layout allows for easy flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it ideal for socializing and relaxing.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen opens to the dining area, where a formal dining table seats six, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom #1: King bed with ocean views, direct access to the balcony, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Master Bedroom #2: King bed with private balcony access, ocean views, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #4: Queen bed, shares a bathroom with the main living area.
Bathrooms:
All four bathrooms are fully equipped with modern fixtures, tiled showers, and fresh towels, providing ultimate comfort for all guests.

Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
