Gorgeous lodge and room for a great price
We really enjoyed our stay...the lodge and our room were absolutely beautiful, with a lot of cool stuff in the main hall. And we loved being greeted by all the animals. Thanks so much for a relaxing time!

We rented the two bedroom, one bath property. Note that the one bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. And, also note that these bedrooms are rooms in a shared space so you will likely have other guests under the same roof. The property doesn't have any food services on site. The closest restaurants are in Forks which is about a 15 minute drive, with the exception of Three Rivers Resort Restaurant that is 5 minutes away. Three Rivers Restaurant is primarily a to-go place.

Lodge apartment near Forks
We picked this location to be near Forks and be able to explore Olympic. It was fairly close to town . It is not your typical lodge. There was no one on site except the people staying in the apts. There was plenty of room, but it is outdated with very old carpet in the one bedroom. The shower had good pressure, but it also sprayed water all over the floor outside the shower. It was very pricey for what you got.

Cute, Fun, Rustic, Tranquil, And It Has Everything!
The Cedar Suite at Manitou Lodge was a great place to stay. We liked that it had a kitchenette so we could make coffee in the morning, keep our drinks cold in the fridge, and store food on the little shelf. Dishes were provided, as well as a comfortable table and chairs. The beds were comfortable and the couch & lounge chair were great for relaxing when you didn't want to sit on the bed. The decor was perfect for the atmosphere. I appreciated that there were lots of options for lighting so you could make the room as dim or as bright as you wanted. We loved cracking the window at night to hear the frogs chirping outside. There's no AC but you don't need it--we ended up turning on the heat even though it was June. The lodge itself is gorgeous. The large common room has everything you could want if you are looking for something to do, and there are plenty of places to sit, walk, and look around both indoors and out. I wish we had more time just to spend hanging out in the common room. We absolutely loved our stay here. We thought the place was very clean, which is important to us. The only thing that we didn't like was a sort of musty smell in the room, perhaps due to the age of the facility and the fact that it's a wooden building in a rainforest so nothing ever fully dries out. People with allergies should know that there are cats on the property. A hair dryer was provided, which is essential in this humid climate! Thank you for a beautiful, fun, and special place to stay.

Delightful ski lodge vibe
Very well managed, and taken care of! So many delightful things to see and enjoy; items from the past, books and decorations. Very pleasant ambience. A nice size small fridge, basic dishes and utensils and plenty of coffee! Very comfortable beds and very quiet!

We are in cedar room and we occupied the main lodge and it was fantastic even the weird shower knob located outside the shower become very interesting. It is in the middle of no where but still glad we choose this place. For new experience and love it

Great place
We loved the place. Very nice, clean, quiet. Unusual design inside, adds character to the place. Very spacious for a group of 3 or 4 people. Heating worked super well and we also loved access to our own patio outside. Would definitely recommend!

Manitou lodge near Rialto beach
Comfortable suite for 4 guests. Convenient location for Rialto beach walk (hole in the wall) and Hoh rainforest. About 10 miles from Forks. Would stay at this location again.

Conveniently located to get to Hoh Rain Forest and Rialto Beach. Beds were comfy. Appreciated the rooms got dark at night especially with trying to get little kids to bed. Room could be a bit noisy at times with room above us (they were just getting ready for hiking early - nothing too crazy). Large common area very nice.

Beautiful, serene, and unique
As soon as you turn off the main road onto the property you can feel the stress fall off your shoulders—surrounded by towering old forest and the sounds of birds chattering. We stayed in the unique lodge which is lovely and full of character. There was an issue (that we caused) and the staff went waaaaaay above and beyond to remedy it. I can't tell you how grateful we were that he took so much care and time to fix it. With Rialto beach just a five minute drive and the rainforest center fairly close by, there was plenty to do and see. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely property, and the lodge and accommodations very clean and nicely decorated. Perfectly located for exploring the beaches and forests of the upper western side of the peninsula. Bonus, it's out past the treaty line, so no vampires! 😁

Zero communication with the owner, we sent multiple requests and our emails were ignored. This house is not a stand alone. You will share a main room with at least three other couples. It also isn’t a bed and breakfast. If you like remote and outdated this is for you. If you want privacy this place isn’t for you. The “suite” and I use that term loosely is on the first floor. You have two other rooms above you and you can hear everything. Do not recommend. Zero stars.

The property was beautiful. The Cedar Suite is downstairs right off the main room. Both beds were overly soft and uncomfortable. The upstairs tenants arrived late the first night and left early both mornings. It was noisy below them. Both the evening and early morning, they were clearly heard talking, laughing, peeing in the toilet, and showering. This disrupted our sleep. We had four guests for the two rooms. The room came equipped with two sets of towels, two coffee mugs, and two water glasses. The on-site employee was available by text only but was prompt with supplying extra towels. This suite was too overpriced for the noisiness and worn-out mattresses.

The Great Room at the Lodge was something to write home about. Beautiful, full of adult toys and distractions. The rooms did not reach that level. Toilet seat was broken, sofa less than garage sale quality, poor lighting, not clean enough, and a property contact who never called back. Unacceptable.

This property was rustic but so quiet, in the woods and very atmospheric considering one is going to the Olympic Pen for nature. It is a very close drive to La Push, Rialto beach, and first 1st-3rd beaches. It is 1 hour from the HOH and Kalaloch beaches. I'd say it is more in La Push than Forks (20 mins away).

Really cozy and fun atmosphere
I'm really glad we got to stay here. I'd love to come back when it is fully back open. It is a really nice, relaxing atmosphere with comfortable rooms.
