It was a great location, quiet area but easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops in Lauderdale by the Sea. The room was very clean.The owner responded quickly. It would have been nice to have an ice machine.

NOT A HOTEL...shouldnt be on hotels site

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL or anything of the sort...It is a timeshare type rental property. No one is available on site to speak to. I reached out a number of times and wouldnt get a response for 24 hrs. We were given strict instructions to bring out our trash to the dumpster and clean up kitchen before we left as if we worked there. Besides the fact that they give you zero cleaning supplies other than a half roll of cheap paper towels...no windex or disinfectant type cleaners. Not even a box of tissues in the bathroom...one bar of hand soap on bathroom sink...none for shower. Make sure you bring every single thing you need. If you shower everyday good luck.my wife and i stood there for 4 days and had 3 large bath towels to use between us...i asked for more and got none...i had to go buy my own. Check out is at 11am...cleaning lady was knocking on my door at 10:50 telling me its time to go. Overall unit was pretty clean just very dated. Just keep in mind this not a hotel nor a motel...just renting space...no lobby...no services. One big plus is location...5 minute walk to Lauderdale by the Sea.

Great location but bed is uncomfortable

It is in a great location access to the beach and a great area for shopping and food just a few blocks away. The bed however is not comfortable. My husband and I both slept horribly due to the bed being super firm and not comfortable at all to us.

The room was very clean. It was also very small. The bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was the keypad to get into the room was very finnicky. It tokk 4-5 times of trying before it would let us into the room.

This property is perfect, this is our second trip to Florida and we’ve stayed here both times! The unit is very clean and has everything you need. It is literally a three minute walk to the beach as well as restaurants etc. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc in the shed located on the property. 10/10 book it!

The property is clean and has a beach decor vibes. The property offers free parking and beach chairs and unbrellas. The beach is about 2 minute walk and about 7 to 10 minutes to dining in the square. The only thing I would recommend is for the owner to get new beach chairs. The ones available during the trip was kinda dingy and rusty. I would stay here again.

One Night Stay...

One night stay. Only in the room to sleep. In at 10pm out by 8am. Immediately noticed several bugs...most in the bath tub, one in the bed and ants crawling around the light socket. So not the cleanest but having been in the vacation home business I understand some of the issues. Communication from the host was good and clear.
