Hotel was very clean. Parking was super easy. Self park in the parking garage. Front desk personnel was friendly and efficient. There are plenty of nearby food options. Pool was warm and inviting. Location to airport fabulous. … and cruise ships if you are cruising. We sadly were not. Lol

Beds are way too tall

The bed height is very tall. I am 5’1” and the bed came to my waist! I called and asked for a step stool and was told that due to “liability” they could not do that. My husband who is 5’11” also thought the bed height was uncomfortable for him. Never again.

Very rude staff at check in …Lucretia …when asked housekeeper for soap was told room done and won’t come back. Non working elevator and had to bring luggage by hand down 6 flights at 7( years of age
