Shopping Stay

Reception staff were generally terrible, unapproachable, unfriendly and curt. Hotel was pretty nice but a bit soulless. Area is good with plenty of eating. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was clean and the maintenance staff were friendly. Unlike reception who were awful and uninterested.

Property was conveniently located for weekend show at Amerant Stadium and shopping at Sawgrass Mills However, Walls of rooms was paper thin, could hear shower and flush from rooms next door as well as coughing and sneezing. Not sure I would stay again given a choice. L

Terrible!

Terrible hotel, dog barking until 2am in the adjoining room, then replaced by a rude IMG sports team! Shocking experience and if the noise wasn’t enough, then you had the pleasant spell of weed throughout the lobby and elevators! Avoid the hotel and the incompetent manager.
