Just Amazing
Stayed over Christmas with my family with two kids and my mom. The pictures don't do this place justice, it is far nicer and larger than the pictures convey. The beds and couch are really comfortable, ample bathrooms and the kitchen is great if you want to cook. Everything necessary and more was supplied. The house is in a super quiet area a short drive to the beach or downtown FLL. The backyard and pool area was secluded and peaceful. The owner is also great to work with and super involved. There was an AC issue that the owner noted prior to our check in, he communicated it and had it resolved shortly after we checked in. Just overall perfect this was the best vacation rental experiences I've had

Great layout and private back yard
The home is a single floor and well laid out. The primary suit and bed was very comfortable and I was told the other beds in the home made for a great night sleep as well. The yard was filled with mature vegitation and was private and easily accessible from the home. However the home was not stocked well for example there were 5 adults for a week and 2 pods for the dishwasher, 1 roll of paper towel and two bathroom soap dispensers for hand soap were close to empty but these were small things at the end of it all. However, the fact there was a hot tub advertised and NO hot tub was a bigger disappointment. Overall it’s the people that make the vacation and we had a relaxing stay

Jonathan’s House is truly exceptional. The best time!
We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s place in FLL! The location is so close to everything we did and just a quick Uber to everything. His house is wonderful and just what we wanted for my sisters bachelorette party! The pool is a huge perk!! Jonathan is super easy to work with as well as Sarah! They were so great the entire trip! Thanks again! 10/10 would stay here again!

Jonathan called the day of check in to ensure we had directions, etc. Everything was perfect. Family relaxed around the pool in the evening and house was well equipped. We arrived 30 min early as we drove up from Key West. We met Sarah, the most delightful person who does housekeeping. House Clean, convenient to restaurants. I will return. Jonathan's pride in being the best host is evident. Nice touches like bottled water, starter coffee pods, fluffy towels and bed linen were provided. Pool clean and warm. There was gas grill but we were only there 1 night. A must stay!!!

Home away from Home!
My wife and I Loved our stay in the home! Jonathan was very accomadating and flexible..At our request, he let us check in early and check out late. We cant say enough about how much we enjoyed the experience, from the private pool, spacious master bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower, and very spacious walk in closet, and all updated appliances. We even utilized the concierge service so that we had a stocked kitchen and refrigerator when we arrived, highly suggest this! We Loved it so much we even talked about moving down and living in the home! If you get to southern Florida and need a home to stay in, this is the best we have ever had the pleasure of being in! .

This property has everything you need. Jonathan was so easy to work with. We didnt have a vehicle, everything is within walking distance. We are new to rentals..... this place was mind blowing. Perfect Getaway
Our family of five had a fantastic stay! We arrived on Christmas Day and spent 6 fabulous nights. Jonathan was great about communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The heated pool was the highlight of the trip. We also appreciated all the amenities, including the well-stocked kitchen, pool towels, soap, shampoo, etc. I highly recommend this property!

The property was perfect for our Ft. Lauderdale stay. The accommodations were spacious, clean and housed all the amenities we needed to cook. The decor/style of the home was beautiful, the pool was gorgeous and the cooling/HVAC was ample for the space. The proximity to our preferred stores were all within a 10 min drive as well as close proximity to the beach. Owner was available any time we needed something and quite responsive. We've stayed at several properties and this by far was one of the best. A+ all around.

Zero complaints everything was as advertised and then some
Jonathan was forthright with everything. Communication was swift and consistent. The house is awesome it was clean and all appliances are up to date ands function very well. The pool was amazing the backyard is like a tropical oasis. We were amazed to see a producing mango tree. The neighborhood was great, and central to a lot of attractions. I will definitely rent again in the near future.
