very expensive hotel with an extremely inconvenient layout. the front desk failed to inform me that i had a $40 credit that i could have used at the restaurant i ate at, and unknowingly paid for in full. also, they did not offer me the gratis bottles of water that others received upon check-in.

Hostess staff was rude and multiple days. Reception desk build for extra charges without explanation and every time one of the rooms around me closed the door. It slammed closed all night long. I suppose the walls were thin.
