Unfriendly and rude staff. Didn't even help with carrying the luggage to the room. We paid for BnB but breakfast was hot water and apple. The rooms were dirty damp and smelling. They never cleaned for the time we stayed there. One of the towels had mucus meaning they never cleaned and just gave it to me who happened to be the next client. I got a local and village experience. Terrible and won't recommend for anyone to go here. The place is better off being shut down. Why would you like online that it's a hotel yet it's an inn? Very Conny people. I disliked the place with passion

My story: I checked in for a 4-night stay. The hallways and elevator looked like they'd never been cleaned. The room had the smell of old mold. I asked to see a different room but it was the same. I called Orbitz who, in turn, contacted the hotel and was told we could stay one night and we'd be credited for the remaining three nights. Checked out the next morning but foolishly, did not ask for a final bill. BTW - the motel's "free breakfast" consisted of packages of instant oatmeal - but there were no bowls or insuated cups to accommodate - only thin water cups! After returning from the trip a week later, I checked my CC account to find we'd been charged the full amount. I contacted the hotel 2 times and the managers (one of which were named "Chandroy") were never available. The personnel lied to me and lied to Orbitz about the agreed upon refund because they are greedy, dishonest, and rude. I called Orbitz again and they were able to refund part of my charges. Orbitz is the best. BTW - For the remaining three nights we booked "The Hillsboro powered by Sonder" which was a little more expensive but clean and on the beach! Very nice. Please, please...for the sake of your health, safety, and sanity, do not consider staying at this motel from hell.

This place is very dirty. Walked into the room, stains all over walls, carpet and doors. The phone was on the floor on the right side of one of the beds. The alarm clock was unplugged. The sink was clogged. Stains and dirt all over the bathroom walls and floor. Moldy wet feel in the room. Door hinges had rust all over bathroom. I asked for a cleaner room they said none were available and they sent someone to clean the next day. Still diety and moldy just rhe sink was un clogged. In the lobby there were a bunch of people complaining about their rooms aboht dirtiness, bugs and being stuck on an elevator. I dont think they would pass a corporate location. If i did not travel alone i would not have stayed. Employees were nice as they knew it was really dirty and falling apart.

Ubicación adecuada, alfombra sucia . Si caminas sin zapatos sobre ella ensuciarás tus pies, la parte interna del horno estaba impregnado de perfume. Lo que calentabas sabía a ese perfume, la iluminación mala el desayuno es una broma. Es una bolsa de papel que recoges en recepción y dentro hay una manzana y dos barras energética junto con un muffin.

First room assigned to us was horrible! The TV wasn’t working, the bathroom flooded, the room upstairs had water leaking into our closet, the carpet and floor was drenched in water, and the beds were extremely low. Advertised as two double beds fitting for individuals when reality only two people can sleep on those comfortably. The second room after upgrading due to the first room issues was extremely better. Only issue with that room was the broken table, smaller TV, and wallpaper coming off.

Experience was average and OK. Staff was cordial but not outstanding. Rooms need updating and upkeep. There was actually a gap at the bottom of the door to the outside that I blocked at night. Said they had a grab and go breakfast but there was nothing.

The turn in to the motel was marked off the main road, but after you turned in there were was no marking on the building itself or driveway as to checkin (I guess you had to just get out the car and inquire.) At first we drove to the back of the buildings since it was a large complex, then turned around and made the deduction that the unmarked building was the proper place. The carpet in the room was badly stained. There were no USB plug ins. No room had no decro at all, not even cheap pictures on the wall. The breakfast consisted of a brown bag with apple, granola bar, packaged muffin, some nuts, (I can not even remember the remaining items if there was). There was coffee and but no juices. Cream was packaged powder. I would not stay at this location the next time I go to florida to visit.

Hotel is tired and pricey for the quality. Disappointed that the included breakfast was not served before 7am. People traveling for business often need to be out before then and 7am is the latest breakfast I have ever seen.

Carpet has not seeing a vacuum cleaner for months. Stains in the lamp shades. Shower looks disgusting. No breakfast like it says in the page. It’s a bag with an apple a pop tart and water down coffee. Pool was closed and they don’t inform you. Very disappointing.
