GOT TO TRY THIS ONE !
We have been to Florida a few times so far and stayed in the nicest hotels. This time we chose to try something new and decided to rent a house for our stay.. We stumbled across Palm Villa and boy did we feel at home ! Rick & Cindy made everything an easy process and very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend trying this place out will not disappoint. Thank you to Rick & Cindy for your hospitality and kind service.

Wonderful property!!
This lovely house provided a perfect setting for our Thanksgiving this year. Everything, from the well-stocked kitchen, to the amazing canal front view, was top notch! My husband and I, along with our two dogs, came down to be with our son for the holiday, and my sister flew in last minute to join us. The house is super clean and very comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and responded promptly. The general area is loaded with stores of every kind, so very convenient. Everything was great!

Our stay was amazing!
This is a beautiful property with a salt water pool, outdoor kitchen, and on the canal front. The views and sunsets were amazing. Palm Villa was really nice. It offered tasteful home decor, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect with many restaurants and shopping close by. The hosts were very nice and offered a wine basket with snacks upon our arrival and a nice welcome to our family. I definitely recommend this Villa. We will plan to stay here next time we visit FL. Thank You for the hospitality Rich & Cindy!

My family and I stayed at this home for 1 week. It is beautiful! The location is awesome- just a short drive to several beautiful beaches and tons of restaurants. So close to Publix, Walgreens, etc. (everything you need!) would highly recommend.

Great Place With All That We Needed
Good location not far from beach and restaurants. Great pool and outdoor area to hang out. Nice dock, which we used to fish and take out our kayaks. We caught mangrove snappers and jacks. We also saw some tarpon swimming around. Looking forward to using the location again when we are vacationing on the east coast of Florida.

Army Buddy’s
The three couples met because after 50 years the men were reunited after leaving Germany where they all met in the Army. This home was perfect for us to be together. The women enjoyed the pool and sun, while the men sat and reminisced about their Army days. We come to Pompano Beach as the 4th man lives here in Pompano. One couple traveled from Michigan, one from North Carolina and one from Northern Florida! Home and location were perfect! Host was very quick in responding to us.

Perfect property for a family get away
Upon approaching the home, we were blown away with the curb appeal. Arguably the best house on the street. The interior of the home is extremely clean and welcoming. There was plenty of provided towels in the bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. The rear patio is where we spent most of our time. The outdoor kitchen space was very convenient. We enjoyed the heated pool and my son was infatuated with the water feature. The property owner was always in contact and couldn’t have been more helpful. My family travels to Pompano yearly and I will be looking to return to this home on our next trip.

My husband and I recently got married in NYC. I’m originally from south Florida so many of my family couldn’t attend the ceremony. We planned to have a small ceremony of 20-30 ppl in Florida. We searched for houses with a beautiful back yard and a pool. We came across Palm Villa and sent a request. We received a response shortly after. Rich & Cindy were very responsive and were open to letting us have the gathering so long as we’re respectful of the house and neighbors. We received all the information we needed to gain access to the house and use the amenities. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed including 3 bathrooms! The pool was clean and we didn’t have to use the pool heater as it’s summer in Florida. My husband and my 2 teenage sons stayed at the house and my mother came mid week. It was spacious and big enough for more guests. We had such a relaxing and amazing time we ended up not having the ceremony. Instead we had a few days of some friends and family come over for bbq’s, dominos, and pool time. My brother in law has a boat and was able to pick us up and take us out. This was one of the best family trips we’ve had in a very long time. It was fun pretending this was my home for a few days. ☺️ Rich and Cindy checked in midweek to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything.Very professional & made us feel comfortable I will absolutely come back and would recommend this beautiful home for your family or friends vacation.

The house was nice, with a great pool, great location. A nice safe neighborhood. The outdoor furniture is weathered with age. Also, the living room couch, which both could use updating. But the house was fun and would rent again.

This home was everything we hoped for and more. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We did an extended stay and had a few small issues but Rich and Cindy responded immediately and got them taken care of. We will definitely be back. Five stars from us!

Fabulous Palm Villa
We are a Swedish family which just came home from 2 weeks stay in Palm Villa. I just want to say that the villa was exactly as the pictures, and we are so satisfied with out stay. The communication with Rich and Cindy was very good and responded immediately if we had any questions. Everything was in order and worked properly. The area is very nice and good. We can only summarize that we had a great time and a very nice stay here. It is the 6'th time we rent a canal villa and this one is surely one of the 2 best villas we rented. Absolutely WONDERFUL!!
We rented this property for a long girls weekend. It is EXACTLY as advertised! The home is lovely and has everything you could possibly need. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. The PERFECT retreat spot!! The hosts are kind, considerate and easily reached if needed. We will DEFINITELY be visiting again. A bit of paradise
We had such a lovely stay at Palm Villa. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare meals. The beds and linens were comfortable. The pool is beautiful, and the waterway the property is situated on is quiet and serene. The outdoor eating area is perfect for Al fresco dining. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!
