You guys upgraded my room to a two room suite that was on the third floor way way in the back and there was construction going on in the hall where my room was and a very musty odor and they had constant fans running to dry out whatever water damage had happened. I asked to be moved to another room. They said they can refund my money, but they didn’t have another double room sweep. I said I did not book a double room suite I booked a studio so they moved me to a studio to accommodate me other than that the smell was just really bad from the water damage

A warm and sunny week/stay before a cruise

We returned to stay at this hotel as we had stayed here before and liked the location and kitchen facilities and convenient groceries across the street. However, there are renovations underway and although we were not directly impacted, it was not great walking through halls with large fans located throughout and there were occasionally workers on the roof, If this work was noted in the description when booking, I didn’t see it. Also, for a large facility, there are only twelve lounge chairs at the pool and were frequently saved with towels all day. Otherwise, good clean space and stil convenient to neighborhood amenities.

Everything about the property was average. I felt like it was older and damp, which normally everything in Florida is that way but I think they've been having problems with water as one of the rooms on my floor was closed off with a fan going. My first morning I was locked out of my room because the latch was loose and it slipped in place when I left for breakfast. Someone came within 30 mins and broke in for me. They fixed it later in the day. So not bad. Then I returned from the beach to a flood in the hallway and eventually water started coming in the room from my dishwasher. They were willing to move me to a new room on the other side but since they had no ETA for the water being turned back on I decided to check out. The breakfast was good, the staff was also good during every issue. Location was convenient. Overall it was an average stay but I probably wouldn't give them another try.
