No sleep allowed!

spring break is not the time you want to book this hotel. Kids are partying till 5am and you can hear every little noise throughout the whole place. Rooms were clean and comfortable but noise level was obnoxious. I had read the reviews before hand and I thought the noise complaints were just Karens. If you want to get any sleep this is not the place March 1-4 2025. Maybe better before and after spring break but walls and floors are thin.

Called the property’s phone number several times on several different days and never got an answer. It always said the voicemail was full. Messaged the property on their two different emails AND through Expedia and still never received a response leading up to our stay. Room smelled of mildew/mold and was extremely humid and damp inside. Only nice thing about our stay was proximity to the beach. We had a one night stay and that was more than enough. I would never book again.

It was convent for where I had to be put its nothing to brag about a bed and bathroom. No draws it felt like a very clean jail cell. The maid never cleaned our room nor did they speak english. Unfortunatly will not go back

The place was all you need if you’re crashing for 1 night, otherwise I’d definitely go with something else. We got a parking spot but there were only about 10 spots. There wasn’t much space to place your belongings on once inside. One of our windows was unlocked so we quickly fixed that and our deadbolt didn’t turn but the staff said that was normal… But it was close to the beach and to a lot of walkable restaurants which was what we were attracted to. Overall it was fine but I wouldn’t stay again.

The pictures shown make it look much nicer than it really is. When given our keys to check in after four, the room wasn’t even ready. We had to wait outside the door while the lady finish cleaning up the room. There is no elevators to get up to the second floor, had to lug our luggage up to our room. No luggage racks in the room, no tissue, no room to lay your things down in the bathroom, Shower door would not stay closed, There was two remote controls to the TV with no instructions how to use them, took us a while to try and figure out which control worked to turn the TV on, and which control worked to change the channels. Bedspread on bed had stains. They only had one wash cloth and one hand towel for two people in room. No coffee maker in the room, no cups in the room. The outdoor seating area had stains on the tables. For $255 per night absolutely not worth it.!!!!! Anything else?

10/10 for location. For a one night stay prior to cruise, it was fine. I don't think I'd want to stay there for a lengthy period. The room was clean which was most important to us but it is very dated . Nothing a bit more tlc could not have fixed. The courtyard looked pretty at night, a little dingy in morning light. Coffee and tea supplied at office. You may have to leave room door open for a while when you get there as the cleaning spray is very strong. One small thing, there are no hangers in the room. Again, for the price...a one night stay is fine.

First, if you’re considering this hotel it’s because it’s cheap, relative to everything else’s in the area…and this is what you pay for: The rooms are not set up to do anything more than sleep or watch TV, there’s not even a table and chair to sit and have a coffee or bite to eat. So guests improvise and use the courtyard to socialize, until very late. Super noisy. And speaking of no table or chair; one towel per person, one wash cloth to share, one bed sheet and bed spread but no blanket. Weak WiFi, and cockroaches! Hungry? There’s a vending machine with very old packages of a danish, Oreos, and M&Ms…you’ll have to trust me on the “old.” Gross. But wait, very good water pressure and super hot shower water. So not ALL bad. Buyer beware.

Good location. That’s about it.

I’m not very picky about “modest” accommodations but this place is rough. Desk staff very friendly but the rooms are dark and austere. First room smelled so much like a urinal cake, I had to move. Second was better— not good though. There was water leaking from the sink or somewhere so the bathroom floor was wet. It just didn’t feel clean. The floor was sandy. Not even a cup to drink from in the room. You can borrow a hair dryer from lobby. On the plus side, it’s close to the beach and Casablanca Cafe next door is terrific!

This definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel but it suited our need for an overnight stay before a cruise. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Room was bright and clean. Just a small spot of mold on ceiling in the shower.

Property very close to the beach, pharmacy CVS, restaurants. Nice shower, room newly renovated in a minimalistic style bed side nightstand, mini fridge and closet. A chair would have been a nice addition so you’re not always sitting on bed. The staff were very nice. Beach towels and chairs were appreciated. The negative, the WiFi was weak and TV worked when the signal was strong enough. Probably due to the big condos construction across the building. In general 8/10.
