You don’t have to venture far for a refreshing swim, however, with a sparkling inground pool right at the home offering hours of dipping and diving, afterward letting yourself dry off in the warm coastal air on the outdoor lounge and sofa seating. The summer kitchen is perfect for storing your snacks and beverages, the accompanying table for 4 offering an al fresco option for dining in the shade.

Bedroom #4 includes a full size bed with a full size trundle, and patio/pool access.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 45 lbs. or less allowed. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet!
• This property has 30ft of available dockage space for guests to dock their boat. Dock is equipped with lights and water.
• This waterfront property has ocean access with no fixed bridges in between the property and the ocean inlet.
• There is a $15 per night per reservation fee to use the hot tub.
