Fort Myers Beach

The property was great. The pool and access to the beach was amazing. We had a great time. There is a bit of construction around Fort Myers Beach. Some was from the hurricane and others looked like the area is just booming. Overall, what an amazing area for activates, beach access and great placed to eat.

Little Oasis

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I. This location was beautiful, peaceful and growing. We enjoyed the farmers market across the street twice, the pristine pool area, the beautiful beach & friendly welcoming neighbors. It was a relaxing week and we can’t wait to go back!

Great rental and amenities.

Very clean and updated room. Complex was clean and well maintained one elevator is a minor inconvenience as long as it doesn’t break? There is still a lot of construction around the building and island but this is to be be expected .Complex is to be commended for coming back so quickly compared to surrounding buildings.

Great BeachCondo

Our first time to FMB and we loved the beach condo. It is just perfect for two people. Everything we needed was there. Beach chairs, beach bag and beach towels. We never went to the pool but that looked great as well. We chose this location because there was pickleball. Everyone was super friendly to play with. FMB still has a lot of work to do after the hurricane but this location is great. We never went north on the island to eat due to traffic but we did go south and that worked well for us. Fred was VERY responsive to all of my questions. Their condo is very nice and comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back.

Charming property on the beach

1 bedroom studio with everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. 10th floor unit with good view of the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Updated bathroom and bedroom. Very comfortable unit with pool, tennis, pickleball, 1st floor laundry, free parking and shopping across the street.

Perfect place to vacation

Fred and Cathy thank you for sharing your cute perfect co do with us . It was the perfect spot for us to celebrate our 40th anniversary and watching the fireworks from the balcony made it that much more perfect. Your place was clean, equipped with everything we needed if we chose to cook, plenty of towels beach chairs umbrella everything we need. Lived just walking out and the pool was right there and a short walk to the beach We drove towards Bonita springs and found some nice restaurants Leoni’s was my favorite. We will be back

Humbling experience

Despite the restoration that is ongoing following Hurricane Ian overall my stay was enjoyable. I was the first person to stay in 1008A under the new owners who were in contact and responsive to any questions/needs that I had. I expect that many more renovations will continue at EBTC. I hope to return to experience the true beauty that I heard about from long time vacationers.

Beautiful respite

Woke early every day to go down to the amazing, shell laden, beach. Coffee on the balcony every morning. Shopping and great places to eat locally. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location.

The condo was clean, had all that we needed for our stay and had a nice view. Property at the complex was also well kept and quiet. The plaza across the street was a bonus for us for breakfast, lunch, a couple of dinners and a little bit of live music at night to spice up life. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

Close to the Beach

This studio is in a fairly nice condominium adjacent to the Fort Meyers Beach. It was easy to find, easy to check in, and easy to park. The apartment was small, but clean and quiet. The view from the balcony is okay, but isn't on the side of the building that faces the beach. Everything we needed was provided, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Communication with the owner was sparse, but good. We didn't need to contact him because everything was clearly explained, with the exception of the television. There were three remote controls and we had a little trouble figuring out how to get access to the Netflix streaming service. There isn't much furniture or lighting for reading, but there really isn't much room for more. It's quite enough for two people, however. There is a good restaurant (South Beach Grill) across the Main Street and down about a block. There's also an EXCELLENT ice cream shop just south of that restaurant. We had a nice relaxing week and recommend this rental property.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club

This is our second year staying at Estero Beach and Tennis Club and first year at Jacks property. This condominium complex is a perfect location for the beach, shopping, and dining. Jacks condominium was perfect and met all of our needs. I would recommend staying at Jacks condominium.

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet, relaxing environment. On a apprécié la propreté et les commodités du condo, le site et la proximité avec la mer. Un seul défaut: la majorité des gens ne respectent pas le port du masque dans l'ascenseur. Pour les voyageurs du Canada, cela ajoute un risque de ne pas pouvoir prendre l'avion au retour.

Lovely Location

The condo was just what we were looking for- simple and efficient. Jack was exceptionally helpful and explained everything well with great detail. It was a beautiful location-quiet with a nice view off the deck. Gorgeous sunsets were only a few steps away. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go-the beach, of course, grocery stores, tasty restaurants and shopping including a farmer’s market across the street. Using the trolley and renting a bike are other great options to get around. Hoping to come back to this lovely location again.

Beaches and Fun in the Sun

After a year of working from home, my wife and I were very excited to get away for a week. Jack and Connie’s place met our expectations and allowed us to have a great vacation. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the view from our balcony. We always enjoy the secluded beach at EBTC and plan to be back!

Great proximity to beach with nice views from balcony

We had a lovely, relaxing week at the beach! This condo has a beautiful view of sunrise over the bay and sunset over the ocean (visible at least while we were there - not sure if sunset would be visible from balcony in winter but a quick 3 min walk to the beach and you’ll be very pleased!). The beach of this club was well kept and the best on the island!! And the restaurants and ice cream shop across the street were nice to hop over to enjoy. CVS is also very close (walkable) across the street. Publix was a $9 Uber - or the second time we had the groceries delivered from their Publix/Instacart app. We appreciated the cooler and noodles and chairs for pool/beach! Having flown it was nice to have something! (Coozies for drinks would be a great addition!) The pictures are accurate - the kitchen has granite countertops and the shower is updated. The unit could afford a few more updates - mainly a new faucet and fan in bathroom and new coat of paint everywhere; some new towels and comforter could also make the place feel less dated. The mattress is firm which I was worried at first but I slept fine - it was not an issue for me (and some people love firm mattresses!). TV is ~32” and is fine but not really visible from the bed if trying to watch something before sleep. Not a big deal but again - perhaps an update to consider down the road. The 2 seat recliners are fine - better than an uncomfortable couch you can’t lounge on! No dishwasher which is not a deal breaker but you’re left with whatever the previous people washed and we had to rewash a few dishes since it seemed the folks before us just didn’t clean the dishes very well. (Not the owner’s fault as I wouldn’t expect them to inspect every dish between each booking). I didn’t love the request to do a load of towels before your stay ends - mainly bc you have to pay (they provide one load-worth of Tide though) and the W/D are in the lobby. Had the W/D been in the unit I wouldn’t have cared one bit - just a tad inconvenient to get quarters and have to plan out the visit to laundry room and such. All in all we had a lovely stay and loved the proximity to the beach and the views from the condo! Jack was very responsive and easy to work with! Thanks for letting us enjoy some R&R in FL by the beach!
