The Space:
Step into this bright second-floor apartment and enjoy an expansive open-concept common area. The entry nook features a Murphy bed with a high-quality foam mattress—perfect for extra guests and restful vacation slumber.
The modern, well-equipped kitchen includes all the conveniences you need while in your home away from home. There's counter-height seating as well as a dining table that comfortably seats six. The living area offers a newer sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and a large Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.
The private, spacious master bedroom features ample closet and drawer space, a premium king size mattress, and luxurious linens for ultimate comfort. The oversized en-suite bathroom has been recently updated with the highest quality finishes, to complete your relaxing retreat.
The second bedroom features a newer queen bed with a high-quality foam mattress and 100% cotton luxury linens—perfect for restful nights. A large dresser and spacious closet provide ample storage, and room-darkening window coverings ensure peaceful sleep, day or night.
This spectacular island apartment also boasts two second-floor outdoor areas. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny front balcony, featuring two cozy chairs and a lovely view of the quiet neighborhood. For a more private retreat, step into the shaded screened porch, complete with comfortable conversation seating—perfect for relaxing with a good book or evening drinks.
Take the spiral staircase down to the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, where you’ll find a refreshing heated pool with a tranquil waterfall feature. There’s ample seating, including dining tables, chairs, and loungers—ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a peaceful island afternoon.
Important to note that is a spiral staircase is not how you prefer to access the pool area there is an option to enter down your main stairs and around to the side gate. Through that side gate you will also find a propane grill if grilling is your pleasure.
And if all of this wasn’t enough to get you dreaming about your next getaway, this property also features a spacious lower-level indoor game and lounge area. Enjoy friendly competition with foosball, darts, ping pong, and a classic ring toss game. There’s also a cozy seating area perfect for relaxing between rounds or waiting on laundry—conveniently located right next to the dual stackable washer and dryers.
Guest Access:
In addition to your private apartment, you have all access to outdoor spaces, including front porch, back lanai with pool as well as side sitting area outside your door. There is laundry available in the garage you're welcome to use.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic
