We experienced several issues throughout a 10 day stay. This is a four-unit property, with two upstairs units, two smaller downstairs unit, and a shared washer and dryer. We stayed in one of the upstairs units and could hear normal conversation and TV noise from the unit below us. The unit we rented had damaged screens (one missing and three torn), lights that either did not work or were burned out, a heat pump that blew out cold air, and a shower with a large hole in the tile. The WiFi in the upstairs unit was nonexistent for the better part of a day and intermittent the rest of the time (making it difficult to watch TV since there is no cable). Forget about a WiFi signal on the screened porch. Outside of plates and silverware, kitchen supplies were minimal--four drinking glasses, one wine glass, no corkscrew or bottle opener, and one small cooking pot.
On the plus side, the appliances are new and the place was relatively clean (other than the stove). Towels and bedding are plentiful. The office staff of the management company was very responsive, even during off-hours.
The beach is about a five-minute walk, and there is a decent restaurant within a 20-minute walk. Traffic on the island, and SW Florida in general, is a mess, so be prepared to spend a lot of time in the car if you go into town or off the island during the day.
