Room was dirty. The young women who checked us in was really nice and offered a great recommendation for dinner. But the lamp was broken in our room (did not turn on) the sink was disgustingly dirty and the refrigerator was broken inside.

The staff was nice the only things that I can say was a problem. 1. The remote for the tv didn’t work, so we went to the desk and they gave us another one. The 2nd remote wouldn’t turn on and off the tv, so we had to turn it on and off manual but we were able to change the channel. 2nd we had 2 key pads, one worked the other didn’t. Took it to the desk the next morning and they programmed it again. Later that day one stop working again and everyday after that. So we gave up and just used whichever one would work at that time. 3rd the outside of the door looked like someone had tried to break into the room. Other than those 3 thing the room was clean and it smelled clean. We were on the 3rd floor so it was quiet. Breakfast was good and hot.

This is not our first time to stay at this hotel. It is easy on and off our route. There are several good restaurants very close by. We will be back.

The advertisement said I was booking a king size bed. The bed is obviously a full. When we asked the very impatient front desk, we were told this is the only size room they have and all their beds are that size. The cable single/connection keeps disconnecting so much you can’t watch anything.

BE AWARE
the toilet was broken and when I went to report it the lady said Well we don't have a Maintenace man I guess I could move you which for our physical condition was not an option for us SO I FIXED THE TOILET MYSELF I found the staff other than the food lady tom be lazy and really didn't care about customer service we went to buy sone snacks and the rude lady said YOU HAVE TO PAY IN CASH that wasn't a problem but her attitude stunk the only friendly person ws the food server she was great and the guy who was at the counter when we checked out was also ok

I have a truck and small trailer, they told me to park on street, no problem. It was a little crowded. A/c was very noisy, temp dropped outside, i thankfully shut it off. I ran it long enough to cool room off. No hot water for shower, ran it a long time. I told front desk. No offer of money back. Good luck.
