You can definitely tell that the hotel is owner operated. The furniture in the King Suite looks like it came off a free rummage sale site on Facebook. The carpet in the room has red stains all over the place. The jetted tub had hair and nasty stuff in it like it hadn’t been cleaned. The lighting in the room is horrible and outdated.

Jeremy needs fired

The stay itself was good however there was a mistake with the billing and I was billing twice. I asked for a refund of second charge and was told i would receive it. Two days later I still had not gotten my refund called to check on it and Jeremy gave me attitude about it and blamed the bank then hung up on me. When I called back and asked for his supervisor was told he was the only one there yelled at me then hung up again. Currently on phone with best western Corp customer service hopefully this little twerp on a little power trip gets fired.

Initially seemed clean, but found food left in refrigerator & a hair tie with hair on it on night stand. Both beds had horrible squeaking sounds by just sitting on them & squeaked when turning from side to side. Asked for no housekeeping and they came into the room anyway. We placed our dirty trash bags outside of the door in the hallway. Housekeeping left a bag of trash on the dresser that was not ours. When I asked to change rooms to a King bed, they said they were booked and it would be additional fees.

Night front dest was polite he made sure we knew about discounts at surrounding restaurants got us checked in quickly. Breakfast was good clean dining area morning front dest was helpful when we exited they made sure we had a delightful stay. Came in for wrestling tournament we'll be back next year
