O quarto era triplo (camas separadas) mas qdo chegamos tinha uma cama casal e outra solteiro, o atendente foi solicito, apesar de estava sozinho no hotel p atender a todos os hospedes. Ficamos no quarto 107 e o ar condicionado estava horrível, não esfriou. O banheiro estava limpo, mas o cheiro estava ruim (faltou um desinfetante ou água sanitária). O cafe da manhã foi maravilhoso! Muita variedade e tudo novinho.

Demora no atendimento e na entrada, tomadas não funcionavam, chuveiro demorava 10 minutos para esquentar, secador desligava sozinho e o café da manhã era frio, ficaríamos dois dias e até encurtamos para um, não sabemos se irão nos reembolsar, pois pedem o pagamento já no checkup, então pagamos dois dias.

Péssima!!! Entrei no quarto e estava sem arrumar, com uso do hóspede anterior. Trocaram o quarto e quando entrei já tinha gente hospedado (sim, um absurdo total e falta de segurança para quem já estava hospedado). Trocaram pela terceira vez, o quarto estava arrumado e bem limpo, mas o frigobar fazia barulho como se tivessem 10 varejeiras no quarto e o ar condicionado fazia tanto barulho que foi melhor dormir com ele desligado… Colchão ruim, quase na madeira… Estava tão exausta que não tive forças pra trocar novamente de quarto…
