The lobby and amenities were a bit run down and dusty, making it seem a bit dismal. The restaurant menu was limited. Walked through the workout area downstairs, which felt a bit creepy and isolated, and the shower tile didn't appear clean (big black area on floor). The coffee maker in my room was broken and I was unable to get a TV signal. I actually have a high tolerance for surroundings, but so many things weren't working that it became comical to me. (a staff member tried to help me with the coffeemaker and we had a laugh). My favorite thing, though, was the self-service snack and drink area in the lobby. Got a cold beer and chips to go with the tomato soup I bought in the restaurant to take to my room (soup was tasty). The shuttle to and from airport was very helpful and available.

The hotel is great! It is so convenient for staying if you are flying out. The shuttle is a great perk. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We will stay again.

Very basic accommodations (cheap too) Parking garage is TERRIBLE. So narrow that my big SUV got stuck! Tires/rims scratched. No warning that the entrance is very tight. High cement curb. Upon departure I asked for help and explained the problem last night with the garage. three less than friendly (I was the only client at the counter) refused to help and were not friendly. NH. Never again!

Great hotel and location!

Wonderful, clean, comfortable hotel close to the Frankfurt airport. The free airport shuttle made it convenient to go to the airport to catch the train to the city centre any time we wanted, and of course so easy on the day of our departing flight. Buffet breakfast and restaurant were excellent. I’d highly recommend staying here! We loved the location.

Just a simple stay

Nice and close to the airport, shuttle service was great. The room was very clean and simple nice. My key card didn't work on the first two trys, but the front office did well on the matter. The room never really warm up, even set on the high level. But i was only there for one night and after the key card, i didn't want to complain. The restaurant was simple nice. There is no view of anything......nothing.

Very convenient

Landed at 10 pm. Went to arrivals number six and there was a blue van waiting for us. I believe the last van is 11 pm worse comes to worse, you can always catch a taxi as the hotel is so close to the airport. Very convenient highly recommended breakfast was amazing! the staff at the front desk were friendly.
