For a hotel close to the fairly unpleasant Hbf, I’m glad I stayed here. Staff were welcome and friendly, room was spacious, everything I needed for a rushed visit through Frankfurt. Would stay here again without a qualm.

Was poor customer service and rude staff . 2 times i asks in reception for plate and cup He said go I will send to the room in 5 minutes after one hour I called to reception no answer I went downstairs for 3th time I did ask him why you don’t answer the phone he said I didn’t answer because you have to come and take it yourself also I seen Beetle In the room and bed

This is a great hotel in a dodgy neighbourhood (dodgy because it's close to Frankfurt-am-Main station). Once in the hotel it's an oasis of calm. The rooms are spacious and the beds are excellent. Breakfasts are wonderful and the service from Jamila is always exceptional: attentive and friendly... and her scrambled eggs are perfection!

Great hotel but be aware of location.
Great value for a single room close to the Hauptbahnhof in Frankfurt. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of items. The room was clean and well presented. The area around the hotel is not great due to the street people but I had no issues despite arriving late at night.

Excellent transport links outside with the S-Bahn and HBF literally minutes away. Plenty of diverse food options outside. The area outside can be considered sketchy however, I found it fine. For safety, doors are opened by reception. Can be noisy because of tram but that's expected. Lift is a bit small but not inconvenient. Cruelty free/vegan soap supplied. Helpful reception offered to lend me an EU charger. Great value for money.

I stay in the hotel for three nights. It will located near to the main station of Frankfurt where you can go everywhere you want. The hotel is clean, beautiful well designed kept and it has a good option of a breakfast as well I will definitely go back to the hotel again in the future

The hotel itself was great. The room was good, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was basic but good. Loved the convenience of the location to the main train station but the area itself isn’t the greatest.
