L'établissement possède une salle de sport avec équipement d'exercice. Peut accueillir 40 personnes.

Great Stay in Frazier Park
The place was serene, very clean, and spacious, def must see IRL to experience in the actual beauty. We had a large gathering over the holiday weekend and the space fully accommodated our group and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Overall everyone had a great time and we all enjoyed being outdoorsy.The host, Sam was responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again when we return to Frazier Park.

Scenic and relaxing getaway
This property was amazing for getting away from everyday life and enjoying the outdoors. The house was properly stocked as one would expect and had a 3 bedroom guesthouse newly remodeled. We loved hiking nearby and exploring the property grounds. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Sam was very responsive both upon checkin and checkout.

Don't visit until repairs are made
We were excited about this property, but our experience was deeply disappointing. Before our stay, we asked Sam to confirm there was running water, and he assured us there would be. However, upon arrival, we learned from the property manager Marc that we had to conserve water as the tank was low. Later we found that the guesthouse had minimal water, making it impossible to shower or flush toilets. Guests had to use facilities in the main house.. Safety was another concern. While crossing the suspension bridge, we encountered four feral dogs, posing a risk, especially to my toddler nephew who was surrounded. Sam dismissed this concern, showing a lack of awareness about guest safety. We found hazards like exposed rebar and a poorly maintained property overall. Cleanliness was lacking—there was visible mold, dust, and broken fixtures. Refrigerator needs repairs, the space appeared poorly maintained, tub not level. Garage smells like something died. Main room contains cat dander; those with allergies suffered. The property, marketed as a "luxury rental," was far from it, with trash left from previous events and unclean sheets. Despite raising these serious issues, Sam's response was inadequate, claiming the property was well maintained. Given the long history of these problems noted in past reviews, it’s clear that concerns have gone unresolved for years. Sam did offer a $300 refund, but we will not be returning and urge future renters to be cautious if expecting a luxury stay.

Amazing Stay
The host was accommodating and supportive. We were on a staff retreat and this space offered us exactly what we needed to connect. A perfect getaway! We will use this facility again! The hot tub and game room are amazing!

A Hidden Gem!
Took our 16 of our graduating high school seniors and 8 of our leaders for a church retreat and this place in INCREDIBLE! It slept 24 of us comfortably • the location backs up against a forest • the house(s) are beautiful, comfy, and perfect for large groups because it is spread out without feeling lost. Sam the owner was so helpful, responsive, and really helped us have a wonderful weekend! Oh, and it was just 10-15 minutes from the perfect snow day of sledding! I couldn't recommend this place more and will hopefully be back! Thanks again!

Second time around
This is the second time we have stayed here for Christmas and again our family had the most magical Christmas experience at this location—a place that felt like it was plucked right out of a holiday fairy tale. What a special property this is!
We came with 31 of us for a family reunion and enjoyed the large gathering space, comfortable bedrooms, and beautiful grounds. The bunk room has 3 sets of queen+twin bunk beds, so we had 14 kids sleeping there! The other rooms each have one queen or king bed, so additional beds are mats on the floor. The dining room's set up for 10 people, but there's room for folding tables to be set up in the great room just beside that. We all ate simultaneously between the two rooms. The great room is lovely for a lot of people to hang out comfortably; the layout lends itself to several smaller group conversations for the most part, but you could set up folding chairs to make a meeting space for a large group. The rec room was awesome! The kitchen had almost everything we needed. There were even enough plates and silverware, and we could put all 31 plates and silverware sets in the dishwasher. The kitchen was a great work space for several people cooking or cleaning at once. The small indoor fridge space was inconvenient, but the fridges in garage and 2nd house provided enough space. We had an unpleasant surprise at check-out: there's no plan for recycling (the bin was full and host said we should throw it away.) We care about the environment, so we packed out as much as we could.The grounds are beautiful, especially with the snow we got. Bring car chains even if snow is not predicted! We loved the beautiful hot tub! Overall, the house had a lived-in feel which put us at ease to relax.

Wedding Ceremony in the Woods
We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and hosted our wedding ceremony here. This place was everything we could have asked for and more. My fiance and I were looking for somewhere our wedding party could stay and split the cost. There was a total of 18 of us split between the 2 homes and there was an abundance of space to spare. Sam was more than accommodating and always got back to me quickly with any questions I have. I will say anyone that visits needs to keep in mind that this place is large and in the woods. This is perfect for what my now husband and I were looking for. We were really big on being in the wilderness but sleeping comfortable.

Family reunion dtay
Owner was extremely accommodating. The house was just perfect for our reunion. Plenty of room inside and out, well equipped, fun game room to keep all ages entertained. There are actually two houses. The guest house is a little bit of a trek for unstable walkers. Really nice bath towels. There us a great butler pantry to keep all the food you bring for a large event. We will stay here again.

A Luxury Cabin in the Wilderness
There were 12 of us staying at this beautiful cabin. This is absolutely the Best place to visit with a large family. There are so many things to do and see and you are very close to the snow for some great sledding. The views are endless and tons of space for everyone. We all voted this will be our yearly reunion from now on. We have found our home away from home cabin. Sam, the homeowner, is very attentive and you are in for a wonderful experience staying here.

Fabulous Location for a Family Gathering!
We rented this mountain home for our annual Christmas gathering of my husband and I, our four children and their spouses and 6 grandchildren ages 6 to 9. The size of the house (particularly the bunk room for the 6 grandchildren) and the size of the property in the woods could not have been better! The kitchen was super - lots of counter space with a huge island and very well equipped. Plenty of dinning space with tables And chairs for our 16 - we put the grandkids at 6 foot table at one end of the kitchen and the adults at the big table ( with an added card table) at the other end. Also plenty of refrigerator space, large ovens and an 8 burner stove. The living room is phenomenal- big comfy couches and large carpeted floor where the kids spent all of their indoor time - particularly comfortable with all of the available sleeping pads. Lots of bedrooms to chose from, with plenty of blankets & pillows. The grounds were great fun; we raked (brought our own rake) a twisty long maze between the trees and timed everyone running through it, had a great treasure hunt, flew styrofoam gliders from the front balcony and did a follow the leader “hike” around the entire property to further burn-off little kid energy. The house is not the Ritz or a fancy decorated showpiece. What it is, is a very comfortable, fun, well equipped home in the woods with a very attentive host. We will be back!

Meeting Retreat at Wonderful Mountain Home
This home is very large and has everything you need for a large group to stay comfortably. The kitchen is big and spacious. We did need to get cooking supplies such as salt / pepper / olive oil and aluminum foil - so be aware that you need to bring that with you. Every room was very clean and comfortable in this house. The bunk beds are Queen size on the bottom and full on the top, making them extremely convenient and roomy for an adult to sleep in. Bathrooms were very nice, with water that heated up very quickly despite being in the mountains. There were tons of chairs and sitting areas in the living room, making this house particularly great for a meeting!! The bottom floor has tons of games such as Air Hockey, 2 Pool Tables, Foosball, Arcade Style Basketball, Ping Pong, Ladder Toss and more. In the other room downstairs was an exercise room with a sauna space. We did not use those, but they looked great! The outdoor space was also very large, which allowed us to take a brief walk and get fresh cool air during breaks. If I had children with me, I would definitely walk the yard to check for hazards, however. There are some remains from a previous elevated wood deck that still has some wood planks laying on the ground and nails sticking up. That would be easy to pick up and remove.... but just suggest a quick walk around to make sure there are no hazards. We had an amazing time in this home and would definitely return. Overall, a top stay for us!

Great family getaway
I have a large group of friends that gets together once a year. It's sometimes difficult to find a spot to accommodate 18-20 people, but Sam's house was the perfect location. There were a few minor concerns that we were made aware of like the refrigerator not working in the main kitchen, but overall the place was as advertised. Very spacious and secluded, awesome game room downstairs, and Sam was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend to others and consider returning.

Great Potential But
I stayed with a few friends for the weekend, and we had a lot of fun, but, half of the fridge was hot, one of the toilets wouldn't flush, the fans were really loud and shaking, and the water in the tub and sink would not go down the drain. The place was beautiful and in a perfect location; it was just small things that made it a little less enjoyable.

Large House with Extra Room for Everyone
We stayed here for my son‘s wedding which was at a venue nearby. It was perfect for our needs as we had extended family and friends stay with us. I loved having two houses and a lot of room to spread out. We enjoyed putting folding tables and chairs outside on the patio and having all of our meals outside. We loved the hot tub too. As noted in earlier reviews, there are some issues with minor holes in the wall and missing lightbulbs, however, everything was clean and I knew what to expect. I would have liked the grounds to be a better maintained as there were boards and metal objects lying around that could create safety issues. However, The location and space made up for that and the owner was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly to my questions.

Great house
The house was great for what we needed. The fridge in the kitchen wasn’t fully operational but it wasn’t a big deal to our group. There are 2 other fridges on the property that worked perfectly. The wifi had a little issue late one night but Sam helped us with it. Some things in the house were broken or needed updating but the house itself was spectacular! We will definitely be back.

Great space with lots of potential... just don't come with high expectations
This property is fantastic for a large group gatherings. We appreciated the timely responses from owner/manager (Sam) with questions. He was kind in extending our check out from 11am to 12pm. It was nice to have a large living room for our group meetings. The surrounding areas are great for hiking and exploring! The kitchen has a nice big island for prepping and serving for large group meals. The house was probably very high end in its prime, 30+ years ago. But... the property itself has not been kept up and has a lot of deferred maintenance issues. If you book this property, you should expect to bring just about everything (salt, pepper, sugar, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels). There is a very small amount of starter supplies. There are, however, plenty of pots and pans and cookie sheets, serving bowls and trays, and some utensils and dishes. Unfortunately, many of the appliances are broken (bottom oven, left side of the refrigerator/freezer, top drawer of the dishwasher, coffeemaker). Most of these appliances were broken 2 years ago when we used the house before COVID, and they are still broken. The carpet (especially in the living) feels almost sticky and matted down. There are lots of holes in the walls from door handles. Some of the toilet paper holders are lose or had been ripped out of the wall and reattached (but holes were not patched or repaired). Much of the furniture were abused (the leather on all the recliners were all peeling/ripped and many are broken, some of the beds had missing posts, etc). The game room (which was a big hit 2 years ago) was a disappointment: the felt on pool table was damaged; the air hockey had a hole in the middle; the basketball game would not even turn on. We appreciated the use of this property for our our weekend retreat, but because so many items were not functional (and not disclosed) in the house. We will not be returning in future.
