Don't leave anything behind! Housekeeping does not turn in lost items. Left an expensive king size pillow with a blue case, item disappeared, even though reported left behind hours after check out.

I reserved a suite with a king-size bed, but at check-in was informed none were available. We were downgraded to a smaller, less expensive room with queen beds, but because I booked through a 3rd party was not given a refund. Hotels.com should do a better job at posting a hotel’s correct room availability. Beware 😵‍💫.

Could use some help
The hotel overall was under staffed, the ladies working did their best but needed help. The bathrooms on the first floor lobby area were dirty with stains on the toilets or toilet not flushing. In the room even with the heat turned up it seemed as though cold air was blowing out and the room got so dry at night. Pool area was nice.
