Superbe vue sur la plage et la baie!

Si vous êtes à la recherche d’une maison de plage amusante, située à quelques pas de la plage et dotée d’une immense terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la plage et la baie ... ce serait la maison idéale pour vous.

C'est notre maison de vacances, pas un endroit rempli de vieux meubles, juste pour être une location. La maison est magnifique à l’intérieur et s’organise vraiment bien pour un couple de familles voyageant ensemble ou simplement pour s’en aller en famille.

L'une des meilleures caractéristiques est l'immense terrasse qui surplombe la plage et la baie. Il offre une vue imprenable sur les levers et couchers de soleil. Un autre avantage est le gril à gaz situé sur le pont (vous n'avez pas à descendre pour cuisiner), ainsi que de nombreuses places assises. Il y a un excellent éclairage et de la musique sur le pont pour en faire la soirée idéale, plus il est suffisamment haut pour que les moustiques soient rarement un problème.

Une autre grande fonctionnalité est la cuisine. Avec un grand réfrigérateur et un grand congélateur, vous disposez de beaucoup d'espace pour stocker suffisamment de nourriture pour préparer tous vos repas. Beaucoup de casseroles et poêles, même une mijoteuse, un mélangeur ninja et une plaque à grill sont fournis. L'île immense sert également de salle à manger et peut accueillir 8 personnes. C'est un endroit formidable où tout le monde peut se retrouver et aider à cuisiner ou tout simplement se détendre et jouer à des jeux.

Nous voulons que vous ayez beaucoup de choses à faire. Nous fournissons donc un jeu de rondelles, des bocci-ball, des dominos et une table de jeu de palets.

Il y a trois salles de bain complètes et une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide. Nous avons deux grands chauffe-eau et n'avons jamais entendu parler de personnes qui manquent d'eau chaude. Il est tellement préférable d’avoir trois salles de bains lorsque vous voyagez avec un grand groupe et notre maison permet à tout le monde de se préparer rapidement ou de se rincer après une journée à la plage.

La qualité de l’eau potable n’est pas la meilleure de Surfside. Nous disposons donc de deux filtres à eau pour la maison entière et d’un refroidisseur d’eau potable séparé. Il y a aussi une machine à glaçons qui utilise l'eau fournie. Nous souhaitons sincèrement que vous vous sentiez comme chez des amis ... pas comme un bien locatif.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Plage de Surfside Beach. Cette maison de vacances comprend des équipements et services comme l'accès Wi-Fi à Internet gratuit et une cuisine.

Best Beach House Ever!!!!
Let me tell you guys the house is fully equipped. We had everything we needed from an ice maker machine up to a lighter. The house felt cozy and my family and I felt so welcome. Mike is an awesome host. Seriously he's the best. He was very attentive during our stay. He even left a welcome treat for our furbaby. I would recommend this place. 10/10

I can't say enough good things about this property and our experience staying there. It is SO WELL equipped--all the beach gear you need is there (plus more), every appliance you could imagine, basic spices and seasonings, plus the filtered water system was awesome. It is more like staying in a home than a rental, and the owner was kind, generous, and communicative, treating us more like a guest than a customer. After years of staying in various properties in Surfside, I'll now be disappointed if I have to stay anywhere else!

Tiki House is Perfect
Tiki House was super clean and beautifully decorated. The house was well stocked with supplies as well as things for the beach. The Host made us feel very welcome and checked in to make sure everything was going good. Grandparents, kids and grandkids had a great time. Thank you Mike for making it a wonderful get away.

The perfect annual beach getaway
Everything about our stay was easy and pleasant from beginning to end. Mike was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, even before our vacation began. The house was just as beautiful and well equipped as the listing described. The set-up of the rooms and beds was just right for our two families. We had 4 adults three teenagers, and three children, ages 7-9. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. There were extra toiletries available in case we forgot anything at home, as well as some first aid supplies, sunscreen, bug spray, and aloe burn gel. The views were amazing, and the walking distance to the beach was just right. We loved not having to load all the kids and gear into the car to drive, and it was wonderful coming home with a mostly sand-free car. The wagon/cart was just right for loading umbrellas, chairs, cooler, and toys for the short walk. The beach was clean and enjoyable, and the waves just the right size and strength for "wave jumping", as my kids like to call it. There were a good number of small shells for "treasure hunting", lots of digging and sand castle building with the toys available at the house, and fun with flying kites that were also there. Nobody was bored! The kitchen was a great size for multi-person meal prep, and there were plenty of dishes for all of us to use. The spice cabinet was well stocked. We enjoyed using the propane grill for a couple of meals, and the breeze on the deck for evening meals was so nice.

The house is exactly as pictured and so very well equipped. The extras, such as beach towels, burn cream, and scissors made our stay seamless. We loved sitting at the island and visiting in the mornings and evenings. Beautiful place, we will be back!

House had everything and then some!
We had 3 families stay at this house. It was just perfect, all the kids had so much fun and the adults enjoyed all of the amenities. We took advantage of the golf cart rental which was across the street from the house, I highly recommend that. The house was a very short walk to the beach which was perfect since we basically lived at the beach during our stay. Mike was very attentive and answered my ongoing questions very quickly. He had everything that we could possibly need from beach equipment to so many towels to extensive kitchen appliances. We would definitely stay at this home again, so many great memories made!

Fantastic location
Considering the property is not beachfront, it was the next best thing. We had everything we needed. The host was absolutely accommodating in every way. Great communications, friendly, responsive, and gracious. There is a golf cart rental across the street so I recommend if there is a need to make a reservation, they book quickly. Nice, quiet neighborhood, with all the comforts of home away from home.

Amazing location and very comfortable beach house
We had a great time at this beach house. There were 3 families with kids and we all had a good time. Beach is walking distance and we used the beach cart to get the various items to the beach. The beach towels and they are plenty, beach toys, beach chairs were all super helpful. The portable speaker was amazing to play music on the beach The house itself was comfortable. We also spent a good time on the deck with barbeque and some family fun All in all a great rental for families

Could not have asked for more! This house was so comfortable, clean, well stocked with everything you might need. Felt like home right away. We will be back!
This was our first experience taking our kiddos to the beach and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was so well thought out- perfect for kids and adults. We could’ve left half of the things we packed and been accommodated…the owners have thought of everything! The check in/out process was very simple and the owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive. We had zero complaints about the place and will be booking it again in the future! Thanks for the memories!

Perfect beach house- ready to go back!!!
Where do I begin!!! From the moment we made reservations until time we returned home Mike kept in touch, shared suggestions and kept us informed through it all! Sometimes heading out on vacation we tend to keep life's busyness in mind. But the moment I walked in this beach home- my vacay mode turned on! Alexa had the perfect music playlist that put us all in the mood for vacation. We had an awesome beach view from the patio and upstairs bedroom. I would wake up in the morning to check from bedroom window if the beach was getting busy with set-ups - if so we would walk down and post up camp then walk back for breakfast. This beach house was great for the grandkids. The bunk room was a big hit for a 3 year girl who did not put up a fuss when it was bed time. The shuffle board upstairs kept our 5 year old entertained and the corn hole kept the big kids competitive with music on the patio! One of my favorite was the kitchen- spacious for cooking while the kids sat around the large table to eat and play board games. Just perfect space for a family get together. This house is well equiped-everything we needed was there and available! Ohh, let me not forget the friendly neighbors. The coolest neighbor next door said- put on some music and have fun- of course we did as we were told! :-) Mike- thank you again for sending my daughters earbuds she left behind! That was not required- but you went that extra mile once we returned home. Thanks for sharing you beach home- would for sure stay here again. Patricia & clan!!!
