Good bed, but the property has maintenance issues.
This has the potential to be a great property, but maintenance issues cause it to fall short. One of the two elevators was out of service. One of the ice machines was out of service, ice was available only in the lobby. The property had some underground parking, though it is fairly limited, but it is nice to have. The bed was nice, the refrigerator was nice, but the room was not properly equipped. Only one hand towel, no bath mat (a safety issue with the slick bathroom tile), the toilet seat was so loose as to be unsafe, carpet was dirty. One of the four lamps did not work, probably because the outlet was dead. The breakfast was good for a post Covid breakfast. Lots of protein available. Fix the issues, and this property would be at least 8 out of 10.

The only issue was that the tv remote wasn’t working and it took two hours for a replacement. The maintenance man apologized for the delay.

Enjoyed our stay. They have a little window to check in at when lobby is closed. Wish we had an ocean view but that was fine. Breakfast was really good. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom a little small. Only complaint was the bathroom door tends to stick when closed.

My room was close to the front office on the 3rd floor but had to park in back-dimly lit. Then take an elevator to 3rd floor and walk a ways to our room. 2 roaches we killed on 1st day. They agreed to spray the room so we had to remove all our items 2days in a row.

Great lil overnight stay!
Great little overnight getaway! Walking distance to a cute little restaurant called Doc Hollidays and a Kroger with Starbucks! The conventional breakfast has lots to offer, including a make your own waffle. 10/10 recommend.
