Pros: easy check in, plenty of parking, clean for the most part besides stains on the couch. Neighborhood was quiet with the exception of the neighbors next door staying out past midnight. Only a mile away from access to the beach with your vehicle. Cons: the dishwasher didnât work, and it smelled horrible. The lights above the stove and corner kitchen didnât work, the hot water wasnât that hot for the showers, and we had issues with the oven. They were quick to send someone out. They were able to fix the oven and the hot water issue, but not the others. There isnât extra bedding and the blankets are very thin. The house is also slanted (one side of the house bend one way and the game room slants the other way). There isnât any salt or pepper, but there was coffee. There are only a few measuring cups that go up to 1/2 cup. Would have been nice to have blankets for the front room. In the room with all the bunk beds, thereâs only one or 2 outlets so unless you were sleeping right next to the outlet, your phone had to be charged away from you, and if everyone needed to charge their phone, youâd need a power strip.
