The house was lovely and we were excited for a two-night stay. Upon arrival, the lockbox was unlocked and the guest key was missing. As instructed, I unlocked the housekeeping key instead, but didn't have to use it because all four sets of doors were unlocked. The home had been left unsecured for an unknown period of time. I let management know it felt unsafe. They said they would look into it. They did not. I next let them know the locks were corroded, and with much effort was able to get three of four sets of doors jammed locked. I let them know the house was unsecured, I could not safely stay the first night, requested a single-night refund, and had to find a hotel at extra expense with an hour's notice after dark. They refused my refund. I did not stay night one. The next day, I submitted more requests for maintenance updates, and was sent a video for how to lock the door type, which wasn't the issue given the locks were corroded and had to be jammed with force. I sent additional requests for maintenance, each with a vague "We will look into this for you" reply, until one that read, "We will have it checked today." They did not. No one ever came. I took safety measures into my own hands for the second night, asked again about a maintenance report, and the question was not answered. I was sent their standard checkout process details with no further info. Though the house was lovely, I would never recommend this company.
