Open and airy. Plenty of room for the 9 of us (didn’t use one room, or all the bunk beds in others). Kitchen had most amenities (even an instant pot), could have used a liquid measuring cup. The kitchen is pretty narrow in the cooking area so it is a one-butt-kitchen, and required walking around the island if someone else was trying to help. Included all the trash bags/dishwasher soap/laundry soap you could need.
Grocery store (Mike’s) and fuel were about a block away so super convenient. And the store had most everything we needed.
I believe this home is owned by VRBO as there was nothing personal about the house. It was like a large hotel with white sheets/towels and signs posted all over telling you what to do and what not to do.
There was a very friendly neighbor cat (grey) that visited us everyday and made the grandkids very happy. It must visit all renters because we had the deck door open (no screen doors on the house) for some morning air and it walked right in. So, please be nice to her and give her a taste of whatever you are eating.
The house garage door and the front doors lock after being opened and closed for a few minutes, so having to constantly enter the code to get in is a tad frustrating when you are going in and out, but I understand the need.
The roku kept overheating as it is against the TV. We ended up putting a fan blowing up behind the TV, which seemed to work.
I felt the cleaning fees were excessive (sanitize the spa = throw a BUNCH of chlorine in it). Our 8-day stay from July 1-8 was way too much with unexpected fees st booking.
