Walked right in to relaxation
The place is definitely set up as a home awqy from home but in a cabin with a great location. We had everything we needed and it's situated conveniently close enough to town. We will definitely consider Windsong in the future.

Great place to stay!
It’s almost at the very top of a hill in a development of cabins, but the separation from the others is good, and, in the main direction for the porch decks, it’s almost all nature. One can walk to some restaurants and shops and to a stop of the free trolley to Gatlinburg attractions (you do have to walk back up that hill). If you are driving, it’s about 20 minutes max to any attraction. In the fall season, someone comes by to blow away the leaves twice a week during the day, annoying but brief, and you’re likely to be out anyway. Other than that, the loudest sound is likely to be birdsong. Aside from the location, the cabin is packed with amenities. We made use of the pool and ping-pong tables, the outdoor hot tub (which is shielded from the view of neighbors), the well-equipped open kitchen and dining table, and even, one night, one of the TVs (equipped with cable-TV channels and apps for your own streaming services). It’s also great just to sit on one of the two levels of porches to bathe in nature, even looking at stars at night. We never even used the indoor whirlpool hot tub. The WiFi is good and accommodated all our devices at once, but all of us also had direct mobile phone service from our different carriers while in the cabin. The heating and air conditioning work well and quickly. The main floor of the cabin is very spacious, high, and light, with large windows, and is a great place to hang out. Each floor has a full bathroom. Overall, we had a great time.

This cabin was amazing! Very spacious, clean, and the location is perfect! Customer service was alway excellent! The owners are very responsive, informative, and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Which we had none because the stay was just perfect. Everyone should know about this wonderful cabin! Twice as Nice
(I thought I did this, but I must not have completed the process.) We were in Gatlinburg for a basketball tournament and our two families shared this cabin. It was PERFECT. Check-in/out was a breeze (although be sure to check your emails). The cabin was in pristine condition and its location perfect for access to activities, attractions and restaurants, Communication with the owner was simple and responsive. Our kids loved the area. We’ll be back and will absolutely rent this property again.

The overall property was very nice and the kitchen area was very cute the the retro finishes. My only grip would be the bedding (i.e. mattress covers and pillows). They could use some washing or updating. That was not discovered until we were in the process of checking out. I would still recommend this property though.

Cabin space, decks, game room, hot tub and beds were great! If you meed a nicely appointed kitchen this would not be a good choice. Fridge filtered water and ice in door did not work and kitchen has very limited cabinet space for groceries to be brought in. Location was perfect for Rocky Top Sport World.

Lovely Home and Easy to Arrive
We stayed here as a family of four and it was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy! The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave which is so convenient! The ping pong table and pool table were a hit with the kids so that is definitely great if you are interested in having one for your cabin stay. The home is in a neighborhood which makes it easy to locate, and the parking is right in front of the home which is perfect. David was very responsive but truthfully I didn't need anything as everything was already supplied. The downtown Gatlinburg is about a 15 minute drive so not bad at all. Appreciate the hosts and thanks for having us!

Great getaway for the family
The property was perfect for our group of nine. Age range from 4-57. Loved the game room with pool table and ping pong table. The cozy fire place was great too. Bonus having one in master bed room as well. Two large balconies accommodated the group well. Highly recommended. Host was very responsive and helpful to all questions!!!!

This was a great Cabin in a great location! We had a wonderful time. And the house was very nice. The only improvement would be more comfortable beds for the adults. The mattresses and pillows are older and make your body hurt after a few days.
