Long weekend
Two families of 4 from Canada met up and we had a great time. The house accommodated all 8 of us very well. Both for sleeping, eating and game nights. The location on the water was stunning. Must be wonderful to go for a swim in the summer. Water a bit too cold in December. Overall a great experience. We can see ourselves coming back here.

Long Weekend - perfect location
perfect place to stay! There were 7 of us, it was easy to get to the wineries on Seneca Lake. The view of the lake, the dock with glider and the chairs around the firepit made the trip, we spent a lot of time outback enjoying the view. The rooms were cozy. The house was very comfortable to hang out in, we didn’t even use all the rooms to sit in, there is a great amount of space. The kitchen is perfect set up and the 2nd fridge space really helped. Overall, great trip with friends.

We chose this home for a reunion of nurse friends and school mates of 52 years. We all turned 70 this year! It didn't fail. House was clean with very lovely furnishings. Location on the lake was wonderful especially for senior group. No steps! We gathered in kitchen, living room, deck and yard. Totally met our needs.

We enjoyed our time staying at this property. It was a great place for our family to be together on the lake. The lakefront and yard are perfect! A really nice perk is the short walk across the street to SMOKIN PETES BBQ.

The house was lovely and very clean. My only concern was that the owners should consider having an exterminator address the hornets on the deck area. We traveled with little ones and I was nervous to have them outside.

Wine Weekend!!
The inside of the property was very clean, comfortable and relaxed! Loved the location, situated between Geneva and Watkins Glen equally as well as a large number of wineries within close proximity. The kitchen was well supplied with equipment. It was calming listening to the waves in the morning and building a fire by the water at night!! There is no whole house air which was comfortable downstairs but 2 of the upstairs bedrooms need A/C. I would recommend that the porch area be cleaned up prior to check in. There were spider webs and debris making it uncomfortable to enjoy until we clean the area some. Expected some since it was outside and near the lake but it did need some attention. Watch out for the wasp and hornet nests around the deck for those who are highly allergic. All in all we had a great girls weekend, had a blast and would not hesitate to rent again.

The property is amazing on the lake with great views. Huge dock to relax on, Adirondack chairs on the lawn under a huge Willow Tree. Shade under the tree and sun on the dock and fire pit by the lake. The house has a beach feel and fit our two families great. Tons to explore in area as well.

Great week!
This property was so wonderful. I loved being directly on the lake with kayaks, fire pit, amazing views and peace and quiet. This house had everything you could ask for, and we explored the area so much. We went to Niagara Falls, Watkins Glen, the outlets, and had a great time relaxing at the lake as well. There are so many wineries with great choices for tasting. This house is well worth a stay! I would definitely go again!

A wonderful weekend with friends, with exceptional morning sunrise views. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and was only 10 min away from downtown Geneva, with easy access to wineries and hiking trails.

Wonderful Experience!!
We had a fun girls trip with my Mom, 2 Aunts and 2 cousins. We LOVED the house and especially the view! We experienced a brief power outage, but were able to communicate with Ashley VERY promptly and get an ETA on recovery. Power was back on after returning from dinner. Highly recommend this house and the owners!! Thank you!

Beautiful lakefront getaway
We had a wonderful time at the property. The home was clean, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the waterfront was heavenly. The dock was amazing. We hooked up our jetski and had the time of our lives. There’s a marina right down the road and it was very easy to launch from. The property also had a kayak, canoe, and a paddle boat. Unfortunately, we had a storm on Wednesday and a huge limb from the weeping willow tree fell down and took out a chunk of the waterfront and all of the water toys. It made it unsafe for us the use the water with our littles for the last two days of the trip, which was a bummer. The owner came out on Saturday to attend to the tree, but sadly we had already left. I wish it could have been tended to sooner, but it was the middle of the week, so it’s understandable. I highly recommend this property. It’s a wonderful location - 10 minutes from amazing places to eat and shopping. Just hoping you have better weather than we did!

You will fall in love with this property. The location is perfect. Next to great wineries, restaurants and breweries. There is a private dock, kayak, canoe and paddle boat for you to enjoy. Ashley and Tony do a nice job keeping the lakehouse clean. The lakehouse was so comfortable and had a homey feel to it.

Wonderful stay
We stayed at the house for a week with 4 adults and 5 children age 6-11 and overall we loved it! The backyard is amazing! Beautiful tree and dock. We really enjoyed the private beach and boats! The house was spacious with lots of seating options and beds. Kitchen had everything to prepare meals. We would stay at the house again! The only thing that could use upgrade is the grill needed a new starter (but worked with matches) the beds are not the most comfortable beds, but the provided bedding was clean and sufficent, and the one bathroom for 9 people was a little bit of a challenge, but we knew that going in. Overall the house was great and we are happy we found it.

Lake house review
The process of getting the house was made easy by Tony and Ashlee. They answered any questions we had within a timely manner and made us feel very comfortable. When we arrived the house was immaculate and the view by the lake makes it a perfect place to get away from the city life and enjoy yourself. It’s a quiet neighborhood but not secluded which is nice and the town has a bunch of restaurant options and stores to go to. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation.
