Chalet privé avec une vue à la Winery

Chalet spacieux pour les amateurs de vin, les amateurs de pêche et les naturistes. Comprend un étang privé et comprend l'accès à 30 hectares de bois. Situé dans le centre de la région viticole de l'Ohio, le Chalet se trouve à moins de 8 km du lac Érié, juste derrière l'institut Spire. Cet endroit fait également un excellent hébergement pour les excursions de vin, les week-ends de filles, les dîners de répétition de mariage, les réunions et les athlètes en formation au Spire.

Des avantages uniques de cette maison comprennent un cadre privé, de la climatisation, d'un étang de pêche, verger, belvédère, pont, quatre balcons, deux cheminées en briques, salle de jeux, jacuzzi, grande chambre des maîtres avec parquet en chêne, deux grandes chambres à l'étage avec un coin salon et tirez canapés, trois salles de bains carrelées, grande salle ouverte de soleil, barbecue, grande table de pique-nique, et bien plus encore.

Notre Barn & Outdoor Setting également disponible pour les mariages de groupe, les événements et les réunions. Il suffit de demander.

Notre établissement vinicole sur place est ouvert aux heures limitées le week-end, du Memorial Day au Labor Day.

Gestionnaire, Martin Susec (614 678-6177), vit à Hilliard Ohio et peut être contacté directement par téléphone ou par e-mail pour les réservations directes.
Lors de votre séjour dans ce chalet, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de Laurello Vineyards (établissement vinicole). Dans cet hébergement, vous profiterez de prestations de choix comme un parc aquatique et le petit-déjeuner (en supplément), sans oublier un bain à remous.

The house sits on a nice piece of property. Plenty of room for large groups. Clean rooms but the well water did have a strong odor.

Great family time
This was a great property with numerous amenities like the fishing pond, gazebo and fire pit. The occasion was the annual brothers and sons "mancation" and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was confusion about the code to gain entry into the house but it was resolved after contacting the property owner. We highly recommend!

It was a spectacular accomodations. Room for 11 golfers to all sleep comfortably. The outside areas were perfect for us to sit around and play games and enjoy each other's company.

First time to this area. The chalet/house was plenty big enough for us 8. It was a bit dated but we had an awesome time here. Would definitely recommend a stay!

Very spacious home located on a private lot. Owner, Martin, was awesome with communicating with any questions that we had. Older furniture in bedroom missing handles and the drawers could easily fall out. Lots of closet space in the spacious bedrooms. Beds comfortable. Dining room very nice but never used it. Kitchen had great space for eating and playing games and cards at the table. Only 1 bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms. 3rd bathroom in basement area. Basement smelled musty, never used it. Great recommendation for dinner at Alessandro's in Ashtabula. Family owned, wait was well worth it. Food selections were awesome. Nicely priced.

Great place to stay
This place was amazing. Wonderful little get away spot on a quiet road! Inside is so spacious with TONS of room and space for large groups of people to mingle and have fun! Was perfect for my sisters bachelorette party! Floors were super clean, there were a few stain spots but walking around in white socks for hours and the bottoms were still white, was a huge indicator that this property is well kept up and cleaned properly! The only downside was that the house does have well water, so if you’re not used to that it can be different for you. The grounds are beautiful and we will definitely be looking into staying here again in the future!

Family getaway
Went for a weekend, stayed August 26, and 27th. Had a great time. The chalet is big with all the amenities of home. Want to go again but probably a cooler time of the year. Couldn't enjoy fires because it was so hot. Would definitely recommend.

If you have problems with stairs there is no way to get in without going up stairs. And the rocks at the end of the driveway are a little close together. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway
There was plenty of room (10 of us). Very scenic area. We enjoyed being so close to Geneva-on-the Lake, but really we spent most of the weekend just enjoying the the views on the property. Planning to return sometime soon.

Beautiful place!
We spent Thanksgiving week while traveling in Ohio. The house & grounds are beautiful. We wished it wasn't rainy as we wanted to fish in the pond & use the outdoor fire pit, but we were happy to have indoor fireplaces. They even had Christmas decorations & tree put up for us! Kids enjoyed playing in sunroom. Plenty of room for all!

Wine tasting room
The house and property were nice and met our needs the first night. The listing noted that there was a winery in a barn on the property. The online listing failed to mention that a wine tasting room existed in the house’ s attached garage and that customers at the winery would have access to the garage and the lower level bathroom. The house listed 3 full bathrooms. With COVID-19 we did not feel comfortable with using the lower level bathroom the last day. On Saturday, there was also an incident where a winery customer entered the upstairs where we occupied. Martin was onsite and very apologetic. I highly recommend disclosing the information regarding the tasting room and lower level bathroom when the winery is open. Overall our stay was nice.

Large beautiful home. Few disappointments including gas grill wouldn’t work, charcoal grill couldn’t be used, no hot tub as advertised and poor water pressure in upstairs shower. With that being said we would probably stay here again in the future.

The perfect weekend!
We stayed and got married this weekend in the barn at the chalet. Everything was absolutely perfect! Martin was wonderful and very generous to help make our day lovely. With the rain he had put up a new gazebo and had the barn cleaned and ready for us. We couldn’t be more thankful. The chalet was spacious, clean and cozy. The attendant at the chalet Adrien was the sweetest, and the wine slushies were amazing! We are already talking about our return!
