The sink was clogged. We told the staff, and they said they will send a maintenance staff to look at it but it was never done. We ended up asking to change to a different room on the following day. We came back one day and saw the door was left open and unlock after the room was made. We'll never consider Cititel Express in future.

Room is very small. Noise can be heard from the hall, street 18 floor below, and loud machine running noise at midnight inside the building. Fool smell from the rack holes right below the bidet spray and all over the bathroom to my bed. Had to close the bathroom door when sleep but still smell it. Seems like the room next door shares the same toilet pipe that the flushing toilet water can be heard running thru the pipe on this side. I had to hurry check out as early as 5AM just to get out of it.
