Nouvelle piscine et restaurant ouverts 1/2016 !!! LE CALENDRIER EST À JOUR. 3 chambres avec lit king size, lit king size et lits jumeaux. 3. 5 bains. Bonne nouvelle!! Air Canada offre un vol direct de Toronto à Georgetown. Delta vole directement depuis ATL. Code d'aéroport GGT. Notre villa permettra à 3 couples d'avoir un hébergement séparé et privé pour dormir / se baigner. Au premier étage se trouve un espace salon et salle à manger. Un placard buanderie abrite la laveuse et la sécheuse. Si vous aimez cuisiner, la cuisine gastronomique dispose de tous les outils nécessaires pour préparer un délicieux festin, dont une cave à vin! La salle à manger formelle peut accueillir huit personnes avec plus de disponibilité sur le pont. Les planchers sont en travertin / bois franc et le mobilier design a une touche d'île. Au deuxième niveau, il y a deux chambres avec salle de bain privée complète. Chacun a des portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur une terrasse couverte. La suite principale est située dans le loft. La location de bateaux de Minn est à proximité pour votre commodité. Février Point est une communauté fermée avec plages privées et piscine communautaire. Venez passer les vacances de votre vie!

The place to Stay in Georgetown
My wife and I have been to Great Exuma many times. we know the island pretty well. we wanted to have a boat at our dock and so we looked for a house with exactly that. we found exactly what we wanted and needed. i can tell you we now have our new go to property. spectacular location, views, property layout, and the management could not have been more attentive yet invisible when you don't need anything. we got up every morning, hopped on the boat with some new bags of ice and explored new beaches and sand bars every day. Thanks to Jim and his team. we will certainly see you in about six months.

The home was clean and the property was very well maintained. February Point is just a great location. Turtles all around the dock at the property, cold AC, comfortable beds and pillows, large masters suites, everything needed in the kitchen, extras of all the little things for a shorter stay. Gorgeous property and location
The owners and property manager were very responsive. The villa is beautiful, clean and spacious. Most evenings we saw sea turtles at the dock. The beach side had great snorkeling. The location is very central to everything and it was really nice to pull our rented boat up to the dock to pick up the rest of the family. We loved everything about this rental and hope to return soon to paradise! Thanks for a great week in Exuma!

This is the nicest of the rentals at February Point. This one is kept up and everything works. I have stayed in or viewed the others and they are not maintained like this one. Great hosts that leave their phone contact if you need anything and were very helpful.

Great spring break!
Nicevilla was amazing!! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. February Point is the best, centrally located property and can’t recommend it enough. It was so nice having the dock, so we could rent a boat and keep overnight. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Sasha and Samantha were also great to work with on house and grocery needs! We had the best time and hope to return soon.

Amazing Stay at Nicevilla
We were highly impressed with Nicevilla and the responsiveness from Jim & Kim. The excitement of stepping inside this gorgeous home and the breathtaking views from the front door and from every balcony made our vacation so enjoyable. Neighbouring properties were quiet and respectful. Having the dock allowed us to keep our boat rental overnight along with delivery and pick up directly from the villa. If you are considering this location don't hesitate! Book it!! We are SO happy we did.

Great family getaway
We loved and enjoyed our stay at February Point last week. The house was actually prettier in person then the pictures show. Location was great and having a private boat dock was key for us. The only down side would be going several hours and even overnight without power. I was unaware that this could or would happen frequently… I would just suggest battery operated fans and flashlights. We made the most of that night and it could have been worse. Sasha was great during that time and helped as much as she could. All in all it was a great house and we would definitely go back.

Fantastic vacation at Nice Villa
Nice Villa was the perfect place to stay! Location was very convenient to the market, restaurants, and to be right on the water made it very easy to have a boat. By boat it was just a short boat ride to Stocking Island. We were so appreciative of the security staff that made us feel very safe. I was so impressed that they walked around at night checking on the property and they always had a friendly wave as we entered and exited the property. We felt comfortable with our children being outside playing and walking back and forth to the beach and pool. The Villa was very clean and much more than we had really expected! It was very comfortable, spacious, perfect for our large family. The pictures don’t do it justice! Perfect stay for our family. Thank you so much Jim and Kim!

This is our second stay at this property and we just love the location which is close to town and Stocking Island. The house is right on the water with a dock and has beautiful views of the surrounding water.
