The property had not been freshened up prior to our arrival. Thick dust under units and on top of units. We bought a mop to clean the floor, and the water was black afterwards. We were only given one set of linen and towels for the month. Sofa bed in lounge so hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Television a 24 inch, not much bigger than a laptop. Had to watch it in the bedroom for comfort.
We had to replace the batteries in the remote on day 1. Electric sockets hanging off the walls. Fridge set so high, the gifted fruit and water were frozen solid. This would have been spotted prior to our arrival, as fresh water had been placed in the fridge next to the frozen water. The owner made 3 appointments to visit, of which non happened, and no communication to say so.
The area is dirty, rundown and on a busy road. The noise from other apartments is horrendous. Any longer than a few days I wouldn't consider it. I have photographs to support the review
The owner, when we did meet, was very friendly, however, he needs to keep a closer eye on the cleanliness, especially during gaps of rental. If we had had children in the apartment I would have left immediately. Electrics need sorting ASAP.
