Val d'Ajol is 10 km away: its Andouilles fair from February 18th to 20th, 2017, its La Val Heureuse brewery, grocery stores, and a doctor. Skiing is 30 km away (Bussang Larcenaire, or St Maurice sur Moselle Rouge Gazon). And Ventron Frères Joseph is 40 km away. This cottage is located in part of a renovated farmhouse. Adjoining another cottage and the owner's house.

Discover the Southern Vosges
We spent a fortnight with 5 people and two dogs in this nice accomodation. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and well equipped. Cutlery and plates were widely available. The location was wonderfully quiet and rural, here you could really recharge your battery. In the morning we sat outside, sipped our coffee and watched the sun covering the lovely town of Girmont Val d'Ajol. Before we went for some fresh bread and croissants from Isabelles bakery at the village. We could visit nice towns and landscapes in the area. Directly from the house we made walks through the beautiful woods. We were able to use our racing bikes to test the slopes in the area. After such days we often made use of the very well-functioning barbeque and ate outside in the evening sun. All in all, we really liked this accommodation and we can recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy the Southern Vosges.
