First class service from check in to departure. The hotel does not charge for early check in (unlike some hotels) if your room is available. Also, the check out time of 12:00 is later than some hotels. All of the staff are happy and friendly.

The receptionist seen my wife had a walking stick. But proceeded to allocate us the furthest away room on the second floor. There was no chance all the other rooms we walked past were unavailable as it was a Sunday in January.☹️
