Great pool/hot tub. Nice Brkf. Nice room, but something in it caused an allergic reaction, which disturbed first 2 nights of sleep. Better 3rd night after changing pillows-staff needs training on pillows - 3 did not know if they were'nt feathered***Mng would not give me a deal to extent 4 more nights, even though I just stayed 3 nights, found cheaper deal online than she offered, but lft for less expensive stay elsewhere, so she lost income for the Hotel

Hotel Glenwood had nice amenities and beds and is in a good location near the town center and very convenient to the Hot Springs (iron Mountain). The hotel had some issues and closed the pool for several days and also turned off the water so I could t shower without warning. Generally a nice place to stay, but this visit had its challenges w Hotel maintenance

Beautiful rooms, the one that we got has a hot tub. It is just few steps to thegondolas and 2 min to The Iron Mountains Hot Springs.
