Stayed 3 nights, attending a family birthday. Very clean and staff very helpful. Had breakfast one morning however hadn’t prepaid, probably a bit expensive, so if intending to have breakfast it may well be worth pre-booking. That said, breakfast was excellent, and large choice.

So good! Stay here. You’ll be happy you did!
We just stayed one night after flying and driving for about 20 hours. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was wonderful and the furnishings were beautiful. We had wine in the lobby and ordered food from Burger Me across the street which was perfect.

Beautifull hotel, we like the decoration. The staff should be better. The check was in a hurry, I was filling the info and she wanted to know if we wanted to dine in the restaurant and at what time, I did not like the check in. We had dinner at the restaurant and again the service was the down side. The food is nothing special, and the service was poor again

Great hotel, very nicely appointed. Not inexpensive. We stayed for 4 nights and but were told at check-in that the coffee in the room would only be filled the first day and that we would have to purchase our own at the local store. Seems to be a bit of poor service considering $300 a night room charge.

The hotel is very nice, great decor, beautiful room. I missed a desk as I needed to work, there was a smaller 'desk' that was taken by the coffee machine. My main problem with the hotel was a) I was unable to connect to the internet until ca. a half hour before departure; b) long lines at the check-out that prevented staff from responding to my request for late check-out.

Wie immer ein sehr angenehmer, komfortabler Ort zur Übernachtung mit ausgesprochen gutem Frühstück. Etwas getrübt wurde unser Aufenthalt dadurch das wir auf den 50% Gutschein für die Bar hereinfielen. An sich ein nettes, großzügiges Angebot welches sich allerdings als "Bauernfängerei" darstellte. Wir nutzten die Gutscheine um uns 2 Gin Tonic an der Bar zu genehmigen. 2cl "Von Hallers Forest Gin" aus der Hardenberg Destille + 0,2L einfaches Schweppes Tonic. Also weniger als 250ml Getränk. Überrascht war ich dann doch das ich für die 2 Getränke noch 20,50€ zahlen musste (nach Abzug der beiden 50% Gutscheine). Ich fragte Morgens beim Checkout nochmal nach weil mir ein 250ml Longdrink selbst mit gutem Gin pro Getränk für 20 € (ohne Gutschein) schon sehr fett vorkam. Eventuell hatte man ja vergessen die Gutscheine zu verrechnen. Mir wurde aber die Korrektheit mit verweis auf die seltene Qualität & kleine Auflage des Gins bestätigt... Online recherchiert zeigt sich das 500ml des Gins bei Hardenberg im Online Shop 30,.€ kosten. Also gut, aber nicht die Welt. Ein ordentlicher Profit für das Freigeist. Schade, das Erlebnis schmälert den insgesamt sehr guten Eindruck doch ordentlich.

Intet mindre end fantastisk.
Fantastisk hotel med det mest fantastiske interiør - der kunne jeg godt flytte ind. Super lækkert. Fantastisk morgenmad. Og man kan også købe en super lækker middag samt drinks på selve hotellet. Parkeringskælder lige under hotellet.
