Un-welcoming Front Desk clerk

Upon our arrival the front desk clerk told us our King room had been switched to a double bed. I told her that was not what I booked and showed her my confirmation. She then had the worst attitude and told me nothing she could do. When I asked for a refund and said I would go elsewhere, some how a King room miraculously was available. She was rude , no apologies and not a thank you for staying. The bed is like sleeping on a brick, other than that the room is very large and spacious. I will not be staying here again.

This is not a chain of hotels, but was as clean and well maintained as some of the chains we have stayed In! The comfort & quality of everything was outstanding! The staff pleasant too. Good value besides!
