I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, right next to the church, with shopping stores and restaurants nearby. It is easy to reach Granada’s famous palace either by walking or taking a short ride. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in solving any issues. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks available in the lobby. The breakfast had a good variety of options, but the hot dishes were not warm enough, which could be improved. Additionally, I would have preferred a higher-floor room for a better view. Another small issue was that the wardrobe light couldn’t be completely turned off, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly service!

Wonderful location, friendly staff

Can't say much about your place other than I highly recommend it. Location can't be beat, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious for Europe, very modern touches and the beds were comfortable. Parking in the car elevator was a wild experience but worked well and price was in line with other hotels. We were on the 3rd floor and had a little sound in the morning from the street but nothing that woke us up or was bothersome. Highly recommend.

What a gem.

What a great location and price. This is a really neat hotel with interesting indoor architecture in the very heart of the city. The staff was great and humored my Spanish while providing a detailed overview of the city. I will look to stay at this same location when we return and will recommend it to my friends.

Very modern hotel right in the heart of Granada. Room was fantastic and had some great little touches to make the stay extra special. Very helpful reception staff who were always on hand to assist and store luggage on our final day. Very cool architectural quirk with the excavated walls underneath the hotel. Nice place to sit in the evening - seemed the type of place where eating / drinking out was more typical.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old town. We stayed as a family for 4 nights and all members loved the hotel. Inside is super clean and modern. The beds were large and comfortable. Few steps away from the Cathedral, various shops and restaurants. Our rooms were on the second floor facing the tiny, vibrant street but very quiet and peaceful at night. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem!

Highly recommend this hotel, the decor, location was perfect. Very clean, and friendly staff. I will be staying here again next year.
