Hate to be that one but honestly would like my money refunded I went to the room and had limited towels, it was someone else's bra under the dresser, it was dust inside the coffee pot the mirror and shower were not clean because I cleaned it myself with fabuloso

Noisy Hotel

The hotel walls are paper thin and I could hear every move someone made in the room above me. I could hardly get any sleep and it wasn’t fun. Rude and disrespectful people stayed at that hotel and didn’t care how loud they were or who they woke up.

I'd stay here again

Overall a decent place to stay & would stay again. Disappointed there was no kitchen to cook in & I brought food to prepare. Does have a mini fridge & microwave.

Did not appreciate my traveler being asked for a 50 dollar extra deposit at the property and he was then told it would be a a week before it was returned? Unprofessional hidden fees are not ok when traveling. Bad practice. Unfortunate, as the stay was wonderful and there were no other complaints. Probably won’t book again while that is an accepted practice at your hotel.

The worse hotel I’ve stayed in flagstaff, been coming up north for 8 years and I’ve never experienced a place like this. Got put in a 2 bed room, shower/ room was disgusting. Told us he chooses who deserves a good room or bad. Do not ever stay here
