A Wonderful, Clean and Well Appointed Retreat!
We visited this home during the Thanksgiving holiday 2024. The house appears brand new, inside and out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is modern and has everything you could want in a rental for preparing meals. The backyard is lovely with a firepit, gas grill and patio. The home is located near grocery and other big box stores if you need to go shopping. The only caveat is to be aware that it sits on a fairly major residential street, but there was very light traffic flow. The house sits quite far back from the street, and is buffered by large earthen berms at the roadside. Overall, it's a really terrific home, beautifully kept, and graciously appointed. A definite "favorite" in the Greensboro/High Point area!

Couldn’t have asked for more!
I can’t say enough good things about this amazing property! The pictures don’t even capture the charm and beauty of this home. Every detail has been thought of to make this truly a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the towels luxurious, the kitchen so well appointed. The home is not just beautifully decorated but everywhere you look is a wonderful book or a game that makes you want to get comfy and stay a while. The property managers were beyond accommodating and gracious and worked with us to make this truly a perfect weekend. We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect place for us and our kids to spend precious time together. Thank you so, so much for sharing your property. We would love to visit again!

Fantastic Stay Near HPU - Highly Recommend!
We needed a last-minute reservation while visiting our daughter at High Point University, and this house exceeded our expectations. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless. The location is perfect—just a short drive to HPU, which was very convenient for us. The house itself is stunning. Everything is brand new, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The modern bathrooms and thoughtful touches throughout the home made our stay feel luxurious. Honestly, if this house were for sale, I’d buy it! We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend
Stayed at this property with family for the weekend of the US Open in Pinehurst. The house is beautiful and just as described in the listing. Location was good for shopping, restaurants and access to highways. If we ever return to this anrea we would definitely stay here again. Overall we would highly recommend this property …. You won’t be disappointed.

The house was gorgeous in a very quiet neighborhood. Near a shopping center with a lots stores, fast foods and restaurants. Wall Mart around the corner. Spacious and clean. Loved the stay. I would stay in this home again.

Market Retreat
The property is beautiful! All is new and it worked out perfectly for our company needs. There were three bedrooms well positioned to offer privacy for a non-family stay. My only drawback was the furniture in the living room. It wasn’t comfortable to kick back and relax after a long day.

Absolutely beautiful home. Interior design was amazing and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. Every last detail was thought out and there was nothing we did not have or need while there. Property Manager was excellent to deal with and made the entire process simple. Would absolutely rent this property again the next time we are visiting my daughter at HPU. Absolutely one of the best properties we have stayed at. We have experienced multiple homes/locations over the years in different size homes. This has to be one of the most perfect homes we have stayed in. Not one complaint, issue or suggestion needed…it was a true gem. It did not feel like we were in a VRBO- but felt like we were at home due to the home feeling as soon as we arrived. Design, layout and overall decor was perfection. You hit the mark- Great place. We will be utilizing again if we are ever back in the area (too bad we can’t have this exact home at every location we go to). So thankful we found this gem and got to experience it. Our family (adults) stayed at this property and we all thought it was absolutely perfect! One of the top stays we have ever had! We travel to Winston Salem frequently and will return for sure. The list of wonderful perfect things is so long I’m sure I’ll forget some but….beds so comfortable and inviting, super clean, lovely outdoor area to enjoy, private, perfect layout inside for visiting then having private sleeping areas, kitchen equipped with more than we needed including the and pans in great shape, staples, extras, very useful island with chairs, very nice tvs in all rooms, heating system responsive (it was very cold those days), decor very cool, sweet little coffee bar, working gas fireplace, lots of beautiful windows to look out on the gorgeous property. I’m sure I’ve forgotten something - oh yes amazingly prompt and responsive hosts! Thank you for a fabulous stay!
