Quiet Retreat
I came to rest, relax and think and was not disappointed. The unit was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. I loved sleeping by the windows. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for taking a walk, run or bike ride.

Urban respite
This was my second stay at this property. It was just as good as I remembered. Everything I needed for a two day stay for work. Coffee in the mornings, wine in the evenings on the little porch after a nice walk through the neighborhood. It was delightful, perfect for one person! And the kitty cat was an added bonus!

Tranquil and cozy
Very clean and quiet apartment with nice amenities. The skylight and bird song are a nice way to wake up. The porch overlooks a pretty garden and a picnic table. Nice safe neighborhood. Hosts are really nice and gave us good recommendations on restaurants and things to do.

Truly a little slice of tranquility.
Hard to describe how simply wonderful and peaceful this property is. From the beautiful setting in nature to the sweet, thoughtful and whimsical touches to the porch where you can watch the dawn listening to the birds welcome the day to windows that make you feel like you are in a treehouse, this lovely little studio is hard to top🌿 The thoughtful owners make communication a breeze. You’ll see wonderful displays of the owner’s beautiful art work as well. If you are looking for an incredibly peaceful place to rest, read, travel from, and lay your head at night you won’t find better!

The studio was lovely and clean, in a very private location with access to a quiet garden / picnic table. The neighborhood was quiet and safe but with quick access to great restaurants and nearby major roads. Check in was easy and hosts were informative and responsive. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Retreat
This studio garage apartment was perfect for a two-night stay in Greensboro for work. It is small but well-equipped, beautifully decorated amd clean. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the skylight above the bed. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, great for walking, and close to restauarants and parks. The backyward was like a small oasis in the middle of the city and I enjoyed sitting out on the small porch in the evenings. My only suggestion is to have night lights in the apartment. I have already booked another stay!

Just a wonderful shirt stay and the Nichols Vrbo exceeded our hopes. Quaint, quiet, close to everything and detailed with everything needed, not to mention Linda's beautiful artwork. Fortunate to have found this wonderful stay for our trip!

Perfect for solo travel
I was in town for a week for a class. This was perfect. As a female traveling alone, I am very security conscious. The neighborhood was very nice, safe and within walking distance of several restaurants. Small fridge and coffee bar made mornings easy and the hosts were quick to respond when I had a question. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely recommend it to friends who would be in town for the week.

the environment and studio was beautiful! I absolutely enjoyed every bit of time spent there, the space was very homey and comfortable. the environment was full of greenery, it was peaceful and had a bunch of cute little animals running around, lots of pretty chirping from the birds throughout the day. my favorite part is the sky window over the bed. definitely enjoyed my time, hopefully I can find a reason to come back to make another stay! the renter was also very friendly.

Adorable place. Just don’t expect much in the way of Hospitality. My first stay I was greeted with “and you are?” After I stated my name, she said: “And you’re here for?” And followed with: “Oh. I was expecting you much later…..But that’s fine.” (It was after 6, and check in is at 4). Second visit, somehow the reservation got messed up and they had booked someone else for the first 2 nights of my stay. I found out at 4:30 on the day of check-in. And they Couldn’t. Have. Cared. Less. I’ll stay again . But I’ll triple check the booking and look elsewhere for hospitality.
