Great place for a Peace Center show

We chose this hotel for proximity to the Peace Center and it was well worth it. Clean comfortable room, parking right next door, excellent fitness room and on site restaurant.

This hotel has an amzing location, is walking distance to great restaurants and less than 15-min drive to shopping areas. I have, however, to complain about the staff. We arrived past midnight (I had let them know this on a message and by phonecall) and there was no one in the lobby, so we could not get in the hotel, i even called, and only got ansering machines. We had to wake up someone else in our party to have them come down and open the front door and garage door for us, if we were the only one's in our party, we would have slept in the car :( also, when we requested extra towels (the room only had 3) I had to call after 25 min to remind them and the guy said "oh right, I will give your request to the houskeeper right now". we stayed there 3 nights and after 6pm we noticed no-one was at the front desk or anywhere in the lobby.

The heating and air conditioning system was loud. It was more like something that would be at a cheap motel. I didn’t get the room that I booked. I booked an executive suite and I got a standard room with no refund for the price difference. The location was great but the staff service left something to be desired. I would not recommend staying there.

We had tickets for a show at the Peace Center which is just across the street from the hotel. That made it very convenient. Also had dinner at their restaurant which was excellent. Highly recommemd the property and their restaurant.
