The front desk people who checked us in (Jeremy and Kristen) were fantastic! They were so kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area The rooms were so very clean and the bed was very comfortable with amazing pillows!! It was a great stay and we will certainly be back!

The hotel is beautiful and service very friendly. The only major problem we had was a very loud and obnoxious guest next door that seemed drunk or something and did not let anyone sleep on our floor between 11 pm to 4 am. We were exhausted when we checked outband dissapointed that security did not control this situation.

They were in the midst of remodeling , so no Starbucks and very limited restaurant services. One of the three elevators was out of service, so we took the stairs several times. There is no counter space around the sink in the bathroom. I was very disappointed overall.

Could hear everything that went on in the room next door. Didn’t get much sleep. We even called the front desk. Make sure u ask for an unattached room. Could hear right through that door!
