What an absolute s*** hole. The room was disgusting. Dirty stains on the carpets, furnitures and floors. Dirt in the corners. The the toilet was clogged twice in an overnight stay and there was no hot water. Our vehicle was also struck in the parking lot while it was sitting and no claim. No security cameras, nothing but a shrug from the attendant. Plus an unexpected $50 security deposit that they refuse to refund directly to my card even though the room was not good.
We were very disappointed. The room was not clean. The bathroom, walls, microwave, and fridge were gross. The pictures lead shoppers to believe there is a continental breakfast when there is in fact, not. Also, we were disappointed that there was not a coffee pot or properly functioning tv/remote.
Room was disgusting. Shower had 21 cigarette burn stains, old pair of socks in room left behind. Nothing had been wiped or dusted. Headboard on bed had 1/2inch dust build up. Musty, cigarette, moldy smell to room.
Tub had burn marks all over it. Bad odor in the room burn holes in the comforter. It took forever to fall asleep because the odor and filthiest. I slept in my clothes and showered at my mother in law house. This place need to be bulldozed and need a visit from code compliance and the health department.
No hot water.whem we inquired with management we were subject to raised a raised voice and told we didn't pay enough for hot water. We should be happy win warm. There was no warm it was cool at best. You lost a customer.
We realized the room had bedbugs right after we checked out. We tried to call and let them know, but they would not listen to us because they said we needed a booking number. We had our Expedia number. Therefore, they didn’t even want to clean the room of the bedbugs Before someone else was checked in, she did not want the information
