It was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep at night,people moving around like they were at their houses, music was so loud, that we can hear it through the walls, we have to keep calling the reception in the middle of the night, so we do not recommend this hotel

Very cleaned bed very comfortable. The restroom had a camara looking like on the wall with the red light on looking at you when taking showers Very very bad idea of having something like that in the restrooms I was told it was not a camara in front desk . But that idea of that think pinting at you when showering is not a good idea ..this is why I recommend anyone with kids or families dont stay here .I don't trust this hotel becouse they tell you is not a camara but I dont trust them at all. And I wont stay here again feels like not privacy in there .

Error en la reservacion y se niegan a reembolsar
Estoy muy decepcionada y molesta con Hotels com y Real Maestranza. Reserve en linea para una fecha especifica porque tenia una cita medica y al llegar me dijeron que tenian la reservacion con una fecha dos semanas despues. Trate de llamar a Expedia , hotels. Com y con el personal y tuve que pagar por una nueva reservacion. Y no me reembolsaron por la reservacion que pedi que cancelaran por error de ellos. Dicen que porque no hay alguien que hable ingles pero es un vil robo y falta de integridad y servicio al cliente.

It's a very nice Hotel, very clean and staff were polite. The only thing i would say I didn't like is that by the elevators they have couches for people to sit but if you have children is very dangerous as they could climb in the couches they can fall all the way down, there's a glass half size railing and the other size theres nothing. I don't know how to explain it but to those that have been there can know what I'm talking about. But overall very nice Hotel, I do recommend it and definitely will stay again.
