Pipes leaking mold

Upon arrival there was water throughout the kitchen and a wet towel. I dried the floor and next day again! Upon opening the cabinet there was a wet towel over the grease box and all full of mold. I had to cancel my surgery, and had to leave the place. Rodrigo, the host said he refunded my card. Waiting for refund to post in my account
