Viagem de família

Gostei bastante do hotel super atendeu as minhas necessidades e da minha família. Só algumas ressalvas que a cama para criança no quarto para 3 pessoas é uma bicama um pouco desconfortável. O estacionamento é pago a parte. Foi tudo muito bom , pena que choveu.

Nao tem nada a ver com as fotos... quarto todo mofado, fedido, chão sujo, privada com vazamento, logo o banheiro estava om cheiro de urina, pia do bamheiro entupida, tive que escovar os dentes na pia da cozinha, frigobar encardido, o ar condicionado super antigo, nem liguei pq com certeza nao devem trocar o filtro a uma decada, Tv Smart mas nao funcina os aplicativos, so funciona a Tv a cabo do Hotel. O Estacionamento super apertado que quase nao da pra sair do carro e cobram R$60,00. O designer parece um quarto de hospital... Enfim... a pior hospedagem da minha vida!

Deixa a desejar em alguns quesitos

Tirando o cheiro horrivel de cigarro dentro do quarto, que aliás dizem ser "proibido" fumar nas dependencias e na primeira noite a TV não funcionava, trocaram por outro aparelho que não tinha nada alem dos canais basicos, globo e record foi tudo ok. Bom café da manhã.

ESTACIONAMENTO R$70,00 COBRADO A PARTE

Estacionamento cobrado à parte em valor altíssimo (R$70,00 por dia) e não tem lugar pra estacionar o carro na rua, levem isso em consideração ao calcular o valor da diária. O quarto do primeiro andar estava mofado, para quem tem rinite não dá para ficar, todavia trocaram a gente para um do segundo andar em melhores condições.

Bom. mas há pontos de melhoria

Pontos negativos: Não há nenhuma prateleira para por roupa no quarto; Não há nenhum suporte pra toalhas nem de banho e nem de rosto no banheiro; Não há nenhum suporte pra secar roupa de banho também (lembrando que é área litoranea) considero essencial. Tudo isso gera muito desconforto na estadia e em outras viagens sempre encontrei esses itens, mesmo simples, já caracterizam uma grande melhoria. Na área da piscina fica muito perto de onde colocam os lixos, o cheiro fica fortíssimo para quem quer curtir a piscina. Não consegui ficar. A televisão não pegava canais a cabo, somente tv aberta e as vezes nem isso; Pontos positivos: Café da manhã bom e bem servido; Funcionários gentis e prestativos; Hotel sempre limpo e cheiroso no geral (tirando a área da piscina); Frigobar bom e espaçoso; Chuveiro forte; Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente; Há vários comércios nas redondezas, inclusive farmácias, hortifruti, conveniência Pão de Açúcar e pontos de ônibus.

Me colocaram em um quarto o qual o frigobar estava estragado. O ralo do banheiro entupido. O ar não gelava. Tive que trocar de quarto sem ajuda. Fomos conseguir tomar um banho após a praia já era mais de 20h da noite. Nos mudaram para um quarto que o ar fazia muito barulho a internet não funcionava. Perdi várias coisas que levei congelado pq derreteu tudo por conta do frigobar estragado. Tomada estragado. Pedi pra trocar pq não estava satisfeita mesmo pq a viagem era em família e meus familiares estavam em outro andar. Queríamos estar perto. Na praia o serviço de praia fala que é um horário e antes do horário acabar já não queriam nos atender. A academia os aparelhos todos estragados. Não me responderam WhatsApp. Além de tudo não tiveram educação física atenção conosco os clientes. Uma experiência péssima. Muito transtorno e não deram nenhum desconto e nem mesmo me deixaram sai mais tarde. Indignada. Estragou o meu fds que era pra ser de descanso e paz
