Hotel muito bom, mas precisa melhorar!

A estadia foi boa! Recepção atenciosos, mas não se deve deixar uma pessoa sem muita experiência, sozinha. Foi cobrado estacionamento 2 vezes, sendo que estávamos em 2 aptos e somente 1 automóvel. Achei estranho cobrarem de mim, sendo que o automóvel não era meu! Mas como meu amigo não estava junto, e paguei com prazer! (Notamos, ao retirar o veículo, o equívoco da recepção). Na área da piscina, olhando ao alto, vemos uma espécie de mofo, nas paredes, o que entendemos que falta uma manutenção e pintura. Os vidros dos box do banheiro, são muito ruins de abrir e fechar, pois não deslizam, devidamente (Falta manutenção). Café da manhã, adoro pães, mas são muito ruins! Devem ser aqueles congelados ou a padaria que fornecem, precisa ser trocado! Secos! Os doces estavam duros (Parecia que foram feitos há dias!). Estes comentários, são para melhorar, (Não críticas, propriamente) pois vamos voltar ao hotel e recomendá-los, mas gostaríamos que esteja perfeito. De um modo geral, muito bom.

Nice colonial building but...could do better!

The outside of the hotel is very nice, the inside is getting tired and the pool is covered by plastic ceiling to protect from the rain. Only 1 small aerea if you want the sun the hotel advertise providing bikes but during our 5 days there there wasn't any...always an excuse why none were available. Fatima at front desk was really trying hard to help and was the only one who spoke English. The restaurant staff was miserable which is odd as Brazilians are very smily and friendly. Room was ok but bathroom could be better small basin outside the lu/shower ! Not the best.

O hotel é muito gostoso!!! Os quartos são excelentes, as sacadas também …. A piscina é uma delicia… De frente pra uma praia bem bonita … Coisas que poderiam ser melhoradas: O box do banheiro, os elevadores e a comida, que achei bem razoável. O café da manhã também, nada de especial. Já fiquei em hotéis desse mesmo nível e acredito que esses pontos poderiam ser melhorados. Mas no geral, é um bom hotel!! Com certeza retorno .. mesmo com esses pontos negativos, que acho que com um olhar especial da administração pode ser resolvido.

Ótima Estadia

O Hotel é muito bom em frente a praia, funcionários prestativos, a piscina aquecida é maravilhosa uma pena não ser coberta pois no inverno em dias mais frios vai ter choque térmico. Academia com poucos aparelhos, mas conservados, sala de jogos com bilhar e pebolim, se precisar pode pedir na recepção Dominó, esses jogos nos salvaram em dias de chuva e frio, o ambiente também conta com micro-ondas e liquidificador. Ficamos no quarto do 1° andar visão lateral da praia, uma quarto amplo, como uma cama e travesseiros bem confortáveis, o espaço do banheiro é razoável já que o sanitário e o box ficam separados do lavatório, normalmente em hotéis são juntos no mesmo ambiente, TV ok, sacada legal com vista lateral do mar, persianas com blackout, ar condicionado split gela bem, dependendo do movimento da rua lateral tem um pouco de barulho mas não atrapalha o descanso, o hotel tem quartos com varanda para a piscina, em dias quentes com alta ocupação pode haver barulho. Hotel dispõe de bikes para empréstimo gratuito, excelente para conhecer toda a orla já que tem ciclofaixa em toda a extensão, precisam de manutenção já que estão enferrujadas e com pouco freio já está na hora de ser trocadas. Hotel também tem parceria com o Quiosque em frente do hotel mas não utilizamos. O único ponto negativo ao meu ver foi o café da manhã, fui em baixa temporada, havia poucos itens e opções repetidas em todos os dias, a tapioca feita na hora e o pão de queijo salva o café, é um ponto a melhorar.

Hotel bom

O hotel é bom, ótima localização, funcionários cordiais e solicitos. Apenas duas ressalvas: A cobrança do estacionamento ser R$ 50,00 por dia, acredito que pelo valor da diária, deveria estar incluso. Outra ressalva é que fiquei em um quarto vista piscina, o qual é mais caro que o vista lateral do mar, porém, o barulho das máquinas fazendo a limpeza da área da piscina após as 21:00h incomoda bastante. São pontos relevantes, mas não deixaria de voltar por isso.
