The hosts were very nice and the room was mostly good and pleasant. The location is great, we switched dates before our visit and they were extremely kind about it, but there were a couple of glitches: The air conditioner wouldn't shift and so was blowing on our heads at night, a problem that the host tried to fix but couldn't.
The toilet seat was a bit off, the bathroom door had a loose knob. And the description wasn't very accurate. We thought we're getting a room with a bed and an open sofa, and the open sofa turned out to be two separate beds, which is fine, but not what we prepared for. There were a lot of stairs in the middle of the penthouse, one here, a couple there, and the kids fell at least three or four times. Other than that at night we had some noise from the street.
